After waiting ten minutes in the drive thru for our fries, they were barely warm
I had a disappointing experience with Samantha at the night drive thru window. She came across as very rude and snarky during our interaction, which made me feel unwelcome. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customer service should still be respectful and courteous. I will be contacting corporate because of our interaction.
I used the kiosk to order and pay. Done it before, but at the end the screen changed and I never got a receipt or order number. They found my order anyway but high tech is really not that great. It gets glitches. Food was fine, place was very cold. Also very busy.
The parking lot is hard to figure out since over half of it is the drive through.
