She worked with us on many special requests and went above and beyond in both flexibility and communication. On the day of the event we were well staffed and taken care of. After nearly a decade in event management I can honestly say this was one of my best experiences in partnering with a venue.Shoutout to the AMAZING Chinitas staff, I can't wait to see you all again!”

“So as an Italian from New York, I am serious about my Italian restaurants. It's not every day that I find one that really impresses me. I do not say this lightly, but this is my favorite Italian restaurant in a LONG time, if not ever. The patio atmosphere is great and the decor is beautiful. I tried the Azzurra martini and it was hands down the best martini I've ever tried. It's a real gin martini which balances perfectly with the herbal notes and the wine. Highly recommend it for any martini lover! We also had the grilled octopus appetizer and it was AMAZING. The char is delicious and it is cooked perfectly. Very tender, not too chewy. My boyfriend had the capellini scampi and I had the zucchini noodles. Both were amazing entrees. Our only regret is not having big enough stomachs for dessert! We will have to go back to try. Please give this place a visit! Make sure you make a reservation because they book 2-3 weeks out. Their patio and bar seating is first come first serve, so you might get lucky and find a last-minute seat, but it's well worth the reservation!”

“I had the hot stone experience with beef. It was very good seasoned well. The meat was just a little tough not much. The service was good considering that our server Alex was by herself but it didn’t stop her from being exceptional. It took longer to take our but we were enjoying ourselves so we didn’t care because atmosphere was great. I would recommend this place especially for a girls night out.”

“I took my grandmother here cause she was craving colemans fish from back east. We picked probably the worst time as it was beginning of lent and lunch time. Line was out the door but not a person was complaining so I knew this place had to be good for people to not just turn back and go elsewhere. Good is an understatement for this place. This was the best set of cod and chips we had ever had. The pieces were huge perfectly cooked inside with a perfect crunch outside. I almost forgot to use malt and tartar it was just so good. Staff was amazing during this rush and kept a good steady flow. Gordon Ramsey's fish and chips place on the strip tastes like like microwaved fish sticks in comparison to The Codfather. I hope this place is busy all the time so they can get a bigger place in the future cause they deserve it with the quality of food and service they put out.”

“Local hot spot! Juan's never disappoints! The chips, salad, bean dip, and menudo all come included! The fajitas are delicious! I also get burritos and chimichangas, and tacos. Portions are large and I always take home enough for at least one meal. There is usually a wait for a table but it goes pretty quick. Once you're seated, food comes quickly. When I go I wonder to myself who I don't go more often.”

“I eat in or order from here at least monthly if not weekly at times. Everything is great although i’ve never tried the sandwiches. Sometimes i reminisce on the days when they would load the fried pork meat up but the quality and taste are always spot on. Get extra dips and empanadas because that’s where it’s at. Very grateful for this place.”

“Mamma Pam is my favorite Thai food in Las Vegas. The service is excellent and the food always comes out fresh. I recommend Pad Thai, Pad Prik King, and the Som Tum salad. I try to order something new each time I go and I am never let down by the good eats!!!! I recently tried Beef Stew and Beef Ball noodle soup with a spice of 4 and it was excellent. Please note: Level 4 spicy might be too spicy for you. I have a high tolerance. Rule of thumb if it's your 1st time, go with a spice level 2. You can always add more spice!!!!!”

“Small but cute little sushi place tucked in a corner on valle verde. They aren't on any food delivery service yet so that's why I hadn't gone yet. But looked at reviews and decided to give it a shot. You can call ahead and order for pickup which we LOVED for date night. They had our order ready to go when we arrived. Food was fresh and I have to say the quality of their fish is amazing. This is our new takeout sushi date night option!”

“10/10 have been coming for a long time now. Girlfriend loves the Tom Yum soup, every two weeks or so we get some Thai food from this place. People are nice, food is great, service is quick and efficient.They can make the Tom Yum soup gluten free. Wines by the glass are pricey, but they are good wines, and the price was expected in Las Vegas at a steakhouse. Definitely recommend a visit to Hanks if you want an upscale steak experience.”

Their grilled items are a must try, they are super juicy, tender and flavor full.But sometime I do get stomachache after eating here, not sure what went wrong, because everything taste excellent and pretty fresh”

“This is in addition to my previous two reviews on CraftKitchen. Several weeks ago, after adding on to the premises, they opened up for dinner. A big change in what they have been doing for breakfast and lunch. The new addition sports a full bar and is quite fashionable with a change from the other side of the restaurant... all positive. I still love this place. The server told us it is a more or less family style menu and encouraged us to order dishes for the table. We ordered and split the Arugula Salad ($12). Beautiful fresh rocket greens lightly dressed with added shaved Parmesan cheese--a big hit. Next, we ordered entrees--The Sea Bass ($28)... what a beautiful piece of fish. It was cook perfectly with a light sauce and a small side of Bok Choy. If you love seafood this is the perfect choice. The second entree was The Pig ($26)... my favorite--crisp and unctuous at the same time. Every bit as good as the similar dish served at Craft, Michale Callico in New York which I order every time I'm in the Big Apple. This came with lettuce wraps with cucumber, carrot sand sprouts. Not to be missed was the Polenta Tots ($14)... a large plate filled with fried extruded polenta tots and a creamy, spiced sauce. This side dish was perfect for both fish and pork. dishes. We had generous pours of Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc ($13 per glass) a nice mellow white that worked well for both meat and seafood. CraftKitchen is a perfect eat out solution for breakfast, brunch, lunch and now dinner for excellent service and delicious food. What a great place for a mid-week dinner or a fun celebration for two or a group.”

BUT WAIT.The garlic bread chicken picatta in a creamy wine sauce and a tender chicken filet sandwich is a treasured homemade recipe, quotes the son of the original owner. Delicious. I created a new dish of dipping the Calamari in the Piccata sauce --- wine, garlic, capers and extra seasonings.Best Italian restaurant. Pizza at the next table looked expensive but mouth-watering. The bartenders are pretty quick and I always feel like I’m getting my moneys worth.The food is consistently good and on the higher end of quality when it comes to bar food, they also have some fun options that you wouldn’t normally see on a bar menu.The service is generally great and you tend to get your drinks and food fairly quickly.The place has a pleasant dark atmosphere with plenty of different options for seating - they have a solid playlist too!The only down side I have experienced here is that it is somewhat of a sports bar, if there is a good game going on - either get there early or good luck getting a seat.I recommend this spot to anyone looking for a bar that has good food, decent drinks, and a nice atmosphere.Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetation & vegan options on the menu - my favorite is the Lost Vegan Sliders!Parking: The parking is generally plentiful- the only time you’ll have issues is during peak hours and whenever a good game is on.”

I have to tell you the tale.....a tale of my wife who cannot get a medium well done steak anywhere the first time except our first time at this PTs. Guys, this is a 20+ year tale of going to places recommended by friends but to no avail, the steak was medium rare or pretty close to rare in all of these years. In Illinois and then out here, same thing. She was so happy, you have no idea!!! Her literal words last night (02/14/24), "I think this is the best steak I've had from any restaurant!" Mind you, we don't go to the top restaurants but still, some of the stories we can tell from well known places by the locals in those towns and cities. You guys hit it outta the park and we'll be back!!!”

“Update: The BEST Snickerdoodle!!!Namaste! Our 2nd visit simply because the gluten-free cookies are quite tasty. The gf lemon cream was excellent! However, this week's regular flavors were not that impressive (2 cookies with chocolate and mint?). I'd love to suggest to the owners to offer a standard gf chocolate chip in addition to the weekly gf flavor. We would definitely come more frequently if we could get a mix of gf cookies. We are Vietnamese and eat tons of Vietnamese food, and I will say that the pho itself was one of the most rich and flavorful broths I've ever had. I was most excited for the thick noodles and they were delicious. We also had a vermicelli bowl and Chinese sausage rice. It was all very good. The spring rolls were pretty small and didn't have anything special. The staff were all very kind and upbeat!! The only downside to this place is the price. The cheapest bowl of pho with nothing in it is $15 (I think, I may be wrong,) but everything here was the most expensive pho place I've been to yet. Also, the military discount is only for a couple hours a couple days a week. I know it's nice to offer the military discount in general, but seems kind of pointless. I do want to come back to try their specialty coffees, but I think if I was craving Vietnamese I'd still go to a cheaper place with equal quality. Still delicious though!”

My only issue is that they use a plastic style cup, with a plastic top and 'a plastic drink stopper. While it does not melt, I can't help but think of ingesting micro plastics. “Ah, Ventano Italian Grill & Seafood, in the words of my favorite band, it was lovely to see you again my friends! After too long of an absence, my husband and I dined there for Easter dinner. Had a little confusion with our reservations through Google but was resolved superbly by the front desk. We were seated promptly and bread and drinks arrived shortly thereafter. Of course we had to have the Shrimp on a Stone as an appetizer! One simply does not go the Ventanos without partaking of that delicacy! And it was delicious! The main course was Ventano's Tortellini and Rack of Lamb. Both were excellent with ample portions to take home. Well, by that time we were more than happily full but managed to let the Tiramisu slip in between. Thanks to all for a lovely evening and we'll be back real soon!”

I do not say this lightly, but this is my favorite Italian restaurant in a LONG time, if not ever. The patio atmosphere is great and the decor is beautiful. I tried the Azzurra martini and it was hands down the best martini I've ever tried. It's a real gin martini which balances perfectly with the herbal notes and the wine. Highly recommend it for any martini lover! We also had the grilled octopus appetizer and it was AMAZING. The char is delicious and it is cooked perfectly. Very tender, not too chewy. My boyfriend had the capellini scampi and I had the zucchini noodles. Both were amazing entrees. Our only regret is not having big enough stomachs for dessert! We will have to go back to try. Please give this place a visit! Make sure you make a reservation because they book 2-3 weeks out. Their patio and bar seating is first come first serve, so you might get lucky and find a last-minute seat, but it's well worth the reservation!”

Line was out the door but not a person was complaining so I knew this place had to be good for people to not just turn back and go elsewhere. Good is an understatement for this place. This was the best set of cod and chips we had ever had. The pieces were huge perfectly cooked inside with a perfect crunch outside. I almost forgot to use malt and tartar it was just so good. Staff was amazing during this rush and kept a good steady flow. Gordon Ramsey's fish and chips place on the strip tastes like like microwaved fish sticks in comparison to The Codfather. I hope this place is busy all the time so they can get a bigger place in the future cause they deserve it with the quality of food and service they put out.”

When I go I wonder to myself who I don't go more often.”

“Mamma Pam is my favorite Thai food in Las Vegas. The service is excellent and the food always comes out fresh. I recommend Pad Thai, Pad Prik King, and the Som Tum salad. I try to order something new each time I go and I am never let down by the good eats!!!! I recently tried Beef Stew and Beef Ball noodle soup with a spice of 4 and it was excellent. Please note: Level 4 spicy might be too spicy for you. I have a high tolerance. Rule of thumb if it's your 1st time, go with a spice level 2. You can always add more spice!!!!!”

Let's not leave out Mom. Her recipes and salsas are so tasteful and she will come out to greet you with a big smile. We don't go anywhere else for Breakfadt.AND NOW, they are open for dinner starting at 4pm. Their tacos AL pastor are to die for. New Restaurants
“I came here because I saw an instagram foodie video and have driven by it a few times so finally stopped to try it with my family! We are Vietnamese and eat tons of Vietnamese food, and I will say that the pho itself was one of the most rich and flavorful broths I've ever had. I was most excited for the thick noodles and they were delicious. We also had a vermicelli bowl and Chinese sausage rice. It was all very good. The spring rolls were pretty small and didn't have anything special. The staff were all very kind and upbeat!! The only downside to this place is the price. The cheapest bowl of pho with nothing in it is $15 (I think, I may be wrong,) but everything here was the most expensive pho place I've been to yet. Also, the military discount is only for a couple hours a couple days a week. I know it's nice to offer the military discount in general, but seems kind of pointless. I do want to come back to try their specialty coffees, but I think if I was craving Vietnamese I'd still go to a cheaper place with equal quality. Still delicious though!”
“It is my favorite bakerie. It is a Taiwanese style bakery with small pastries, cakes by slice or whole, and coffee/milk tea drinks. This location does not have the selection of their spring mountain location, but they still have a great selection of pastries with cream, fruit, meat, and nut fillings and toppings. Most of the small pastries are under five dollars, so you can stock up and not break the bank. I'm not sure if there is a single thing inside that place that wouldn't be worth a try.”
