Hog & Tradition offers excellent barbecue in Las Vegas. The ribs are tender and juicy, not overly sweet, while the wings with "hog rub" spice blend were recommended and flavorful. The collard greens are a standout side dish. However, some meats had untrimmed fat, like the brisket and chicharron. The mac and cheese was dry, but the overall experience was enjoyable. The BBQ sandwich with grilled cheese was delicious, and the pulled pork was fantastic. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The smoky brisket and pulled pork combo is a must-try, making it a spot worth visiting again.
