Jack in the Box in Henderson

“One of our favorite fast food restaurants. Chocolate shakes no whipped cream actually taste like shakes they add chocolate. We have gotten the gi to tacos, though always use extra napkins to absorb grease. Spicy chicken ids good, burgers are really good, not gristley or like in and out have become, and special orders, ie: no lettuce, etc, the staff are always friendly and happy to help. We always get a sincere thank you & have a good day. Doesn't sound like a learned rote. Must have a super manager. From drive thru observation, the kitchen is always clean.“

“Omg, the lady working the drive thru was amazing and had such awesome energy! She honestly had me excited to eat my food! (Plus, she talked me into getting the Simpson's donut bites, & I'm glad she did, cuz they were absolutely amazing & delicious!) Good job, Jack in the Box, for hiring this lady. If I run into her again when visiting that location, I'll make sure to get her name & update my review.“

“The guy working the window tonight made us the best order it was fresh he put extra lettuce and sauce on our tacos and the fries were absolutely stacked and hot it was absolutely delicious we appreciate it he was super nice and everything was perfect 10/10 service“

“I ordered through the app for take out. The food was great and the service was quick and friendly. Something odd I noticed but nothing to do with this location is that the app limits what you see depending on the location of the restaurant. Something Jack should work on.“

“I went through the drive-through this evening. There was a gentleman operating it whose name is Alex. I ordered two tacos and gave him a bunch of change. He was very patient with me and had a great attitude. This is not the first time I have seen him. Every time I have seen him at the drive-through, he has always been friendly and had a good attitude. Thank you, sir.“

“This Jack was busy but the workers were handling it fine. I tend to get the sauced and loaded tacos, but when I did, the top portion was basically smothered in just lettuce and I didn't get much cheese or sauce until about halfway through my food. But other than that the food was good.“

We ordered 2 Tacos, 3 Egg Rolls, Dr Pepper Fountain Drink, Sourdough Jack Combo Fries with Coca Fountain Drink, Supreme Croissant- no bacon, and a Chocolate Overload Cake. First of all I would like to commend Ms. Monica A, for attention to detail and outstanding customer service, please give her a raise and an extra 15 minute break. I read the reviews. I did not experience poor customer service.“
