I haven had Jack in the box for a few years since we live on the east coast and the last time I went was in the SF Bay Area. I was a little disappointed with the food, fries were literally cold to the touch so I had to go ask for some hot ones. Burger wasn’t very hot, tomato had the stem piece (trash) then the next customer came in from drive thru asking for hot food as well.
Quality has gone down severely. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for food we couldn't even finish. It all tasted like its been sitting out all day. Cold fries and I couldn't even finish my burger. Hope they can fix this place before it ends up another closed fast food restaurant on boulder hwy.
