I haven had Jack in the box for a few years since we live on the east coast and the last time I went was in the SF Bay Area. I was a little disappointed with the food, fries were literally cold to the touch so I had to go ask for some hot ones. Burger wasn’t very hot, tomato had the stem piece (trash) then the next customer came in from drive thru asking for hot food as well.
Great customer service, very kind and hard working. 🙂
Drivethru-Ordered 2 #9's with curly fries 1 rootbeer 1 dr pepper
Ordered the buffalo curly fries
Ordered southwest salad combo with reg fries and a coke.
Received 2 #9's with regular fries and coke for both ! We did receive the buffalo curly fries and the salad and regular fries. . Did not receive the 3rd drink
And we got regular fries instead of curly fries for both #9's. Didn't bother to go in 100+ outside, just very irritating.
