I haven had Jack in the box for a few years since we live on the east coast and the last time I went was in the SF Bay Area. I was a little disappointed with the food, fries were literally cold to the touch so I had to go ask for some hot ones. Burger wasn’t very hot, tomato had the stem piece (trash) then the next customer came in from drive thru asking for hot food as well.
I went through the drive-through this evening. There was a gentleman operating it whose name is Alex. I ordered two tacos and gave him a bunch of change. He was very patient with me and had a great attitude. This is not the first time I have seen him. Every time I have seen him at the drive-through, he has always been friendly and had a good attitude. Thank you, sir.
They have the freshest food around for a fast food place! And the customer service was excellent! Brooklyn served us at the drive thru and was very well- versed, cute as she could be, and served us with a smile and the best customer service EVER!! Let me tell you... that girl was so busy but she never slowed down the entire time! So, thank you Brooklyn for such a great experience with Jack In The Box!!
