“This is the 1st time I've ever given a 5 Star review to a fast food restaurant! Congrats Jack! The food actually looks like and tastes like the photos. The employees are so nice I was shocked. I was there at 3pm on a Wednesday and I hope it's always like this. Very clean and great music as well 🎧“

“These are the best tacos I can remember having atJack in the Box in a long, long time and they are my favorite! Emilio cooked them and I’m telling you right now you need to send him around to every restaurant to teach people how to make them. It’s a shame how many people don’t know how good your tacos are because they don’t get served properly quite often.“

“This location is very consistent when it comes to both food quality and freshness. I love being able to stop by anytime a craving strikes and know that my order will be made correctly and served fresh. “I had always had a preference for JitB over other fastfood places , especially for breakfast. But the eggs were zero effort. I know egg in a box is convenient, but if you don't bother fluffing it up even a little then you get what I got, just a thin veneer of homogenized liquid allowed to solidify int a thin film and then thrown into a plastic box. I think they at least have to crack 🥚 🥚 at the other 🤡's place.b“

“These girls are hard working we went there late at night on Thanksgiving and they were non stoppable while everything else was closed or packed this restaurant was open, and all the staff were happy and smiling all the time, we just arrived in Vegas and it was very pleasant to see happy smile people ??“

“I come here pretty often because it's on my way home from work, the service is fast and employees are friendly. The food is decent but sometimes the chicken is dry or overcooked, though my expectations aren't very high for fast food. My biggest complaint and the reason I can't give 5 stars is because they often get my order wrong: I always get the spicy crispy jack wraps, but I have to check before I leave because they keep giving me the regular instead of the spicy which has pickles instead jalapeños and a different sauce.“

“This is the best Jack-in-the-Box that we have ever been to. We moved to this area about a year ago. We’ve gone to this Jack in the Box quite a bit. Never had a problem. The food is always very good and fresh and the oil that it’s fried in doesn’t ever leave any weird taste. The sandwiches look like they should be on a commercial. “Tacos were delicious - they generally are from this location. (Not all Jack Box's are created equally. The food quality can vary tremendously) Onion rings were also tasty as 'you-know-what'!!! Hot, crispy and cooked to golden perfection. Omg, I almost forgot - I got the 2 for $3 breakfast croissant sandwich.... I died. Like, dead. They were still delicious even AFTER they got cold. I was pleasantly surprised. The service by the staff was also impeccable.“

“I just picked up Uber eats order Sunday 4:30 PM December 7. The young man that gave me my order Was so kind to the person his name was great to see. Very professional with my Order two. I hope The company recognizes that and is able to utilize him in the future for higher up roles“

“I went to Jack in The box today. I tried the Philly cheesesteak and by the way I made that a combo. I thought the Philly cheese steak was really good. I would definitely order it again. The manager here was really nice guy. His store was very clean . And I picked up on that right away. My day turned out to be very pleasurable. Enjoying a Philly cheesesteak from Jack in The box thank you so much and I definitely will be back.“

“Love there tacos. I believe that they where short staff. Took a whike to order. Then asked if i could pull around front. There where other cars that where direct also to the front.
My tacos 🌮 ehere the last on that side about 6 cars pulled in after i had placed my ordered and to circle around front. In line about 20 minutes. Food was delivered cold. My order was drivered about 15 minutes.“

The manager Filipino guy I think he’s leading a great team and the guys at drive thru are amazing and so quick and efficient. “I visited this location on 3/16/25 at around 6:30pm. My wife and I just arrived back in Vegas and have been in this city on multiple occasions always stopping by a Jack in the Box. The last few we visited left us completely disgusted with the service and lackluster food at other locations. This time was different. The food here was so damn good. Everything was cooked to perfection. Bread was fresh. Fries crispy and hot. Chicken was the same. The burger might as well have been from a steakhouse it was that good. Whoever was cooking last night needs a raise. They obviously are great at what they do. I'll be sure to come back on a Sunday evening in hopes of having the same cook. Kudos to the young tattood gentleman cashier. Everything was exactly as I ordered and he was polite and efficient.“

“The food is always hot and fresh service always amazing! The atmosphere it's in a rough side of town, so the atmosphere is a little questionable for dine in bit drive thru is best here. The store is clean the staff very friendly and helpful. The prices are always affordable and did I mention the food is on point!“

“I am not a person who really leaves story time reviews but I feel like I need too. I had stopped coming here 2 months ago because the crew had no one who understood English and kept giving me the wrong order. But now I decided to give this place a second chance because of the nice cashier lady. I noticed the front cashier is new and she was very polite and very fantastic listening to my family and my orders. “They had a problem hearing us as we ordered, they had us pull up to the window, then we didn't have a menu to look at, so almost forgot what to get, then had to ask if they had things because they were out of several things or didn't have them! They were out of diet dr pepper, for one thing! Then they had us waiting around the front of the building for like 20-30minutes, then informed us that their grill wasn't working, so we don't know how they cooked our hamburger! “This one is on main I go to it often I love the all-day breakfast I get the extreme sausage combo it comes with sausage sandwich double patties egg and cheese hashbrown and coffee which you can substitute for large ice coffee it's bomb the kids that work drive threw are cool polite and they bring the food out to the car( I only go drivethru)“

“I love stopping at this location on my way to work some days. Last week I got the Witch Milkshake (pumkin and oreo), it was phenomenal, not to mention this was at 7 am. Staff was on point with the food, frys were fresh too. Only thing ied like them to fix is their drive through speaker, it's hard to hear sometimes. ?“

“I was in your drive-thru yesterday about 3pm asking the cashier for the price of a combo which I found out later cost $4.49 maybe $5.49. He seemed to be getting frustrated because he wasn't understanding my inquiry. Kept asking me what kind of drink I would like just so he could give me the price. I didn't understand that I needed to tell him the flavor of a drink just to get a price check, so I pulled through the drive-thru and came inside. As I walked by the front window, I saw the price for the combo I was inquiring about. Realized I didn't have enough so I decided on another menu item. The same cashier helped me at front counter. He apologized for the misunderstanding in drive-thru and took my order with efficiency and thanked me for my service. I thanked him for his service and told him to have a wonderful day. He was a sweetie pie about the whole situation. Most cashier's get attitudes, but he maintained his cool and got me out of there with the same mood I had when I first drove up to the drive-thru; in good spirits. Thank him again for me please in case I don't see him there again. I don't come often, but I do come when I have a taste for my Jack!! Have a fabulous day today!!“

“Wellness Jack in the box is inside the Chevron up on Ft. Apache which happens to sell the thrifty ice cream there. That alone makes it a winner but it gets only three stars because the outlets at each table to plug your phone into to charge while you're eating do not work at any of the tables.“

“Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger on sourdough—this location does it the best, trust me. I’ve been to pretty much every Jack in the Box in the city. Came through on a Sunday around 3pm when I didn’t feel like cooking, and they made the burger perfectly. Customer service was above and beyond, especially the drive-through cashier. Awesome experience, this is the location I’ll be going to from now on.“

“It’s more on the outskirts so didn’t feel the safest, definitely thought twice before getting out of the car, however it was ok. Food was good, service was fast and the staff was friendly. If you’re in this part of vegas you could stop for a quick bite since there’s no traffic. Wouldn’t recommend walking as a solo female traveler.“

“The staff; for the most part are courteous and when they pay attention to doing their job it is good. I have been there many times and I must not have any spicy food and my son is allergic to the taco sauce and I make sure to get the order correct with emphasizing the extreme amount of importance to not have taco sauce due to my households issues with taco sauce....they hand me tacos that you can smell the taco sauce as it is a mass amount of it on all the tacos... seeping out of the bottom of the brown carrying bag. On 3 occasions....So...I just want to say, before you leave, check the food.
