“This is the 1st time I've ever given a 5 Star review to a fast food restaurant! Congrats Jack! The food actually looks like and tastes like the photos. The employees are so nice I was shocked. I was there at 3pm on a Wednesday and I hope it's always like this. Very clean and great music as well 🎧“

“These are the best tacos I can remember having atJack in the Box in a long, long time and they are my favorite! Emilio cooked them and I’m telling you right now you need to send him around to every restaurant to teach people how to make them. It’s a shame how many people don’t know how good your tacos are because they don’t get served properly quite often.“

“This location is very consistent when it comes to both food quality and freshness. I love being able to stop by anytime a craving strikes and know that my order will be made correctly and served fresh. “I come here pretty often because it's on my way home from work, the service is fast and employees are friendly. The food is decent but sometimes the chicken is dry or overcooked, though my expectations aren't very high for fast food. My biggest complaint and the reason I can't give 5 stars is because they often get my order wrong: I always get the spicy crispy jack wraps, but I have to check before I leave because they keep giving me the regular instead of the spicy which has pickles instead jalapeños and a different sauce.“

“These girls are hard working we went there late at night on Thanksgiving and they were non stoppable while everything else was closed or packed this restaurant was open, and all the staff were happy and smiling all the time, we just arrived in Vegas and it was very pleasant to see happy smile people ??“

“Tacos were delicious - they generally are from this location. (Not all Jack Box's are created equally. The food quality can vary tremendously) Onion rings were also tasty as 'you-know-what'!!! Hot, crispy and cooked to golden perfection. Omg, I almost forgot - I got the 2 for $3 breakfast croissant sandwich.... I died. Like, dead. They were still delicious even AFTER they got cold. I was pleasantly surprised. The service by the staff was also impeccable.“

“This is the best Jack-in-the-Box that we have ever been to. We moved to this area about a year ago. We’ve gone to this Jack in the Box quite a bit. Never had a problem. The food is always very good and fresh and the oil that it’s fried in doesn’t ever leave any weird taste. The sandwiches look like they should be on a commercial. “I visited this location on 3/16/25 at around 6:30pm. My wife and I just arrived back in Vegas and have been in this city on multiple occasions always stopping by a Jack in the Box. The last few we visited left us completely disgusted with the service and lackluster food at other locations. This time was different. The food here was so damn good. Everything was cooked to perfection. Bread was fresh. Fries crispy and hot. Chicken was the same. The burger might as well have been from a steakhouse it was that good. Whoever was cooking last night needs a raise. They obviously are great at what they do. I'll be sure to come back on a Sunday evening in hopes of having the same cook. Kudos to the young tattood gentleman cashier. Everything was exactly as I ordered and he was polite and efficient.“

“I love coming to this Jack in the Box because the price is incredible and people like Lessyl who works the drive through. Amazing personality and accommodating when either they don't have an item or the shake machine goes down. Which only ever happened once.

I had stopped coming here 2 months ago because the crew had no one who understood English and kept giving me the wrong order. But now I decided to give this place a second chance because of the nice cashier lady. This jack in the box has surprised me everytime I've come eat or take out here (5 times) they always are quick and make sure order is correct. Today I the egg rolls and shake with curly fries.... “To the woman who took me and my sister’s order this morning at 2-3 am, you’re amazing! I am 5 months pregnant, and if you know anything about pregnancy, you know it’s vital to get your cravings. The Jacks on Flamingo near Sandhill and the location by Nellis and DI have done a great job sticking to its original, juicy flavor.

“I love stopping at this location on my way to work some days. Last week I got the Witch Milkshake (pumkin and oreo), it was phenomenal, not to mention this was at 7 am. Staff was on point with the food, frys were fresh too. Only thing ied like them to fix is their drive through speaker, it's hard to hear sometimes. ?“

“I was in your drive-thru yesterday about 3pm asking the cashier for the price of a combo which I found out later cost $4.49 maybe $5.49. He seemed to be getting frustrated because he wasn't understanding my inquiry. Kept asking me what kind of drink I would like just so he could give me the price. I didn't understand that I needed to tell him the flavor of a drink just to get a price check, so I pulled through the drive-thru and came inside. As I walked by the front window, I saw the price for the combo I was inquiring about. Realized I didn't have enough so I decided on another menu item. The same cashier helped me at front counter. He apologized for the misunderstanding in drive-thru and took my order with efficiency and thanked me for my service. I thanked him for his service and told him to have a wonderful day. He was a sweetie pie about the whole situation. Most cashier's get attitudes, but he maintained his cool and got me out of there with the same mood I had when I first drove up to the drive-thru; in good spirits. Thank him again for me please in case I don't see him there again. I don't come often, but I do come when I have a taste for my Jack!! Have a fabulous day today!!“

“Wellness Jack in the box is inside the Chevron up on Ft. Apache which happens to sell the thrifty ice cream there. That alone makes it a winner but it gets only three stars because the outlets at each table to plug your phone into to charge while you're eating do not work at any of the tables.“

“Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger on sourdough—this location does it the best, trust me. I’ve been to pretty much every Jack in the Box in the city. Came through on a Sunday around 3pm when I didn’t feel like cooking, and they made the burger perfectly. Customer service was above and beyond, especially the drive-through cashier. “The food here is top notch and the service is even better. We moved to the area about a year ago and this is our go-to fast food joint. Not once have we been disappointed. “Our food was good. We went thru the drive thru, and the employee asked me to repeat myself a lot. Then we got an order of churros instead of loaded potato wedges. They come in the same box, so an easy mistake, but annoying since the churros aren't that good.“

I have been there many times and I must not have any spicy food and my son is allergic to the taco sauce and I make sure to get the order correct with emphasizing the extreme amount of importance to not have taco sauce due to my households issues with taco sauce....they hand me tacos that you can smell the taco sauce as it is a mass amount of it on all the tacos... seeping out of the bottom of the brown carrying bag.
