The managers are mean
And they take forever to take your order

Jack in the Box offers a wide range of menu options available all day, with well-maintained equipment and products ready at any time. The service has shown improvement, with one reviewer noting that the staff is friendly, particularly a female worker who apologized and offered a drink for a mix-up. However, some customers have experienced issues, such as orders being messed up, like a Jr bacon cheeseburger with unwanted ketchup. There have been complaints about the drive-thru speed and the restaurant's recent closure for updates, which frustrated a customer who faced inconvenience. The location remains convenient for late-night pick-ups, and the building is clean, but there is a need for better communication and service at this place.
