I normally have a great experience here. I have a hearing problem so it's difficult for me to order in the drive thru. I'm not 100% sure (because I can't hear well) but I felt like I was made fun of. They asked me to repeat the order a few times and it got awkward for me so I changed my order. Then after they confirmed it and I said yes, they repeated what my original order was back to me and asked am I sure I don't want this. They then had me drive to the front to wait.
