Staff member almost hit me with the door when I was approaching the restaurant and didn't seem to care. He was too busy taking food to one of the many cars they parked from dive thru. He was the same staff to take my order. He barely spoke English and got my order wrong after repeating it back to me. I ordered 2 combos and one of the wraps. I will never go back to this location. First off im a disabled war time veteran on a fixed income and they do not offer military discount. Today I ordered 2 large Mocha ice coffees with light ice. Get to the window and they were not full. I asked if they can fill them up. They said NO!!! I asked why not, you are changing me full price for a half filled Ice coffee. Went to use the restroom and it was so nasty and dirty it wasn’t any toilet tissue in the restroom and when I asked the manager for tissue she had me wait 15 minutes and finally said there wasn’t any in the building so my thoughts are if it’s nothing but women in there how are they using the restroom?
