Staff member almost hit me with the door when I was approaching the restaurant and didn't seem to care. He was too busy taking food to one of the many cars they parked from dive thru. He was the same staff to take my order. He barely spoke English and got my order wrong after repeating it back to me. I ordered 2 combos and one of the wraps. I ordered crispy, and he rang up grilled after confirming I wanted crispy. I will never return this this location again, and I will let inform friends and family to stay away as well!

I will never go back to this location. First off im a disabled war time veteran on a fixed income and they do not offer military discount. Today I ordered 2 large Mocha ice coffees with light ice. Get to the window and they were not full. I asked if they can fill them up. They said NO!!! I asked why not, you are changing me full price for a half filled Ice coffee. They said if you ordered light ice this is the amount you get.They always get something wrong with my order (stale bread, ignore the extra pickles, etc..) and are consistently rude. The one down the street is consistently perfect. Don't waste your time or money here.

Went to use the restroom and it was so nasty and dirty it wasn’t any toilet tissue in the restroom and when I asked the manager for tissue she had me wait 15 minutes and finally said there wasn’t any in the building so my thoughts are if it’s nothing but women in there how are they using the restroom? The entire restaurant was very nasty and dirty it was a huge dog inside I’m guessing it was a service dog but the animal looked very dirty and nasty like it hasn’t been groomed in years . I wouldn’t eat at this place if I had a voucher for a year to eat free I use door dash a lot and this is one place I will not be ordering from

Very disappointing Jack in the Box location. The dining room was filthy with trash on almost every table. The soda fountain was sticky and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff was rude and didn't seem to want to be there. Just a very bad experience so i will not be visiting this location ever again.

How about you come in and clean the floor? Take orders... make food?

This store is such a joke. They do anything to make sure their times are low. I mean ANYTHING. I ordered one large combo that's it and there was no one else in line or even in the store. Next thing I know they tell me to wait in the parking lot for my order. I end up waiting ten minutes plus to finally receive my order. I look to the right and another guy is waiting from the drive thru. This is frustrating because most the time my orders are incorrect or arrive super late. I've actually stopped coming to this location even though it's less than two minutes from my home. They're also not as fast as other locations.
Don’t stop here between 7-8am in the morning, they always have a reason they can’t take orders. This is like the 3rd or 4th
