Super sweet guy that works the drive thru! Love friendly staff :)
It's Jack, it's a fast food chain you should know what it's about. The bacon ultimate cheeseburger is always a winner
Not we good on making your order as requested, not sure they understand english. Ordered a sourdough jack, tasted like it had been made. Hour or two earlier, bread cold and chewy, bacon food, think they forgot to cook onion rings at all. Recommend going to different jack in box on St Rose an LV blvd.

Jack in the Box is a restaurant with crew members who are described as knowledgeable about food. However, the customer service experience can vary. While some customers have received excellent service from the afternoon staff, others have found the drive-through to be prioritized over walk-in customers. There have been instances of orders being incorrect and take a long time to be fulfilled. The food quality has also been inconsistent, with some customers receiving overcooked or cold fries and hard tortillas. The staff's attitude has been described as unfriendly and rude, with some employees appearing to be more concerned with taking breaks and eating their own food than attending to customers.
