This is my local location so I frequent this spot. They got my order wrong a couple times and the food has definitely not been the best quality. They aren't consistent, you just got to roll the dice. Also I use the app to order before I get there and it always says my order will be ready in 7-9 minutes but it's never ready on time. I'm usually waiting awhile for the food which is whack. I do suggest getting the app because they give you cool deals.
After spending my children's inheritance at McDonald's for two sandwiches, I thought we've get Jack a try. (We are Burgerking Fans) Food was freshly made, and the fries were near perfect . The Staff was super friendly, everyone had a smile.Yeah, we'll stop in again.

I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger for $7.58 and it didn't have any bacon on it. The patties tasted like they were pre-sliced patties from a bag and were a little crunchy or orvsr cooked on the edges. When I ordered the same from a different location, the patties were thicker and not a cookie cutter flat patty shape. I only visited this location because I was driving by and will not return.
