“I cannot praise this place enough. I've been here a number of times and have always been welcomed in by whom I presume is the owner. She is so sweet and takes really good care of her guests! I always get the goat cheese quiche. The owners are from the region in France where quiche originates from, so it will be the best quiche you've ever had! Try their lemonade as well! The atmosphere is clean and quaint, so it is very refreshing and relaxing.“

“We just ate breakfast here and it was delicious and healthy. I ordered the vegan skillet. It came with hash browns, pinto beans, pico de Gallo, grilled cabbage slaw, fresh fruit, and tortillas. Everything was fresh and delicious tasting. Service was great too.“

“Stopped off here on the way to the Grand Canyon. There were 43 of us for them to cater for at the same time, and they did this very well. Our tour guide did phone our orders in ahead of arrival though. I has the Eagle Point french toast, and it was fantastic. Light and fluffy like I've never had before. Highly recommended!“

“What a wonderful breakfast place! The moment you walk in it is clean, smells great and everyone is super friendly! We were seated quickly and they were steady! I got the banana brittle French toast and it was perfection! Not too sweet and amazing flavors! Husband got the Chipotle and steak hash and the seasoning was great! Meat was great and the Chipotle was on the side so you could add as much spice as you wanted! The Mint mocha was so refreshing!!! The watermelon wake up was a perfect drink for a hot day! Definitely coming back to try their all day lunch special next time!!“

“I was in the neighborhood at the time because I don't live close to anything that's really decent or good to eat and I googled the place in this area and this place was literally half the price of all other places and the food was delicious! Highly recommend. I had The Omelette and sourdough toast and it was 7.99. You cannot beat that“

“My hubby and I travel the country and always stop in a First Watch when available. We definitely put this location in our top ten. I ordered the Kale Tonic and we both ordered the Tri-Athlete. Service was prompt and food came out in a timely manner even though they were extremely busy. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great experience!!“

I recommend coming during the night time after midnight as vibes are quiet, calm, and food comes out quick. The few times I have been here I fell in love with the dubai pancakes and the burgers are to die for! This place is 24 hours and serve food of all kinds, breakfast, lunch, and dinner and they are all available at any time of day just ask!“

“Staff were really friendly and understanding. My cousin ordered the chicken tenders and they were burnt. We asked if they could remake it end it only took about 5 minutes. Besides the minor error, the food was really good and filling; Especially the eggs!! Most places I go to have weird tasting eggs. IHOP made them really well and didn’t have any wired taste or texture. Pancakes were perfect and so fresh. Our drinks took about 3 minutes to make and were really good for taking photos of if you’re into that.“
