Earlier today, I had lunch with my family, and our server, Armando (i think that's his name), was great. He was attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed. I saw him coming out with some food to take to a table, and a customer started being rude to him and aggressive towards him. I heard someone at the front call him by his name, Chris (from what I gathered, he is a regular customer there).
