They played oldies for music which brought me back to the seldom good moments growing up & listening to them w my momma in her car. The owner was interactive & in the open the entire time. he was opening doors for people and just hands on. Then the servers...(only a small few there) were so genuinely kind as I watched their interactions with people. My server Said was warm & his smile was pleasant. “Good Morning on Rainbow is so good! I know I should've taken pictures of the food, but by the time I thought about taking any, there was nothing left. My benedict was delectable as was my espresso/bourbon bevvy. The ambience is bougie/cashz: cozy but open with the feel of hand selected decor (love all the plants). “The service was great, our waitress was kind and attentive. She shared information on their drink offers and we couldn’t help but to try the lemonade. She made a special little concoction and It was delicious, for sure. After ordering, our food was out in no time. It was fresh, plentiful, and flavorful. We had the fish and grits and an order of wings. We have zero complaints! We shared a plate and stuffed ourselves, and still had food left. Highly recommend!“

“If you’re staying at ARIA and want a great breakfast without waiting in the massive Eggslut line across the Strip, Egghead is an easy recommendation.

I’ve eaten here on multiple trips and actually came back twice during this visit. I always order the Soho breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, bacon, and American cheese. It’s simple, but everything is cooked fresh, the bacon is crispy, and the potato brioche bun really makes the sandwich.

On my second visit I tried the Crispy Hash Brown. It was exactly what I was hoping for…crispy on the outside, soft and loaded with potato inside. It’s definitely filling though. Between the sandwich and the hash brown, I couldn’t finish everything.

One of the biggest advantages is convenience. Even during breakfast, I’ve never waited more than about 5–10 minutes, and there are usually only a couple of people ahead of me. Compared to standing in a line of 30–50 people elsewhere, that’s a huge plus when you’re trying to get your day started.

Does it beat Eggslut? In my opinion, no…but it’s still a really good breakfast sandwich, the quality is consistently solid, and it’s become one of my regular breakfast stops whenever I stay at ARIA.“

“I Bring them so many customers who bring their friends and so on. I'm yet to have anything horrible there because everything is fantastic. They're desserts the way they display them are fresh and beautiful their breads good choices taste good I love them all, I love their salad with the Thai dressing it is so wonderful everybody needs to try that. The only thing I wish they would have is like some kind of red roasted potatoes I think that would be really nice to complement their sandwiches not fries not mashed potatoes but something different I hope they do it soon because they really need that on the menu that is All they need to compliment the 🥪 and 🥗. They Forever have my business. Nice people who work there and great atmosphere for business lunches or family outing. Great for all. They cater and display beautiful gift baskets. “My hubby and I travel the country and always stop in a First Watch when available. We definitely put this location in our top ten. I ordered the Kale Tonic and we both ordered the Tri-Athlete. Service was prompt and food came out in a timely manner even though they were extremely busy. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great experience!!“

“It was Father's Day so it was extremely busy. When it was time to pay our server was having trouble with her hand held machine. It wouldn't accept payments. We would have offered to give cash but we didn't have enough cash on hand to pay the whole bill. When we signed her payment terminal, I added a nice 25% tip. Are server didn't know if the payment would be going through so I went back and gave her another $10 cash tip. She told us we could go ahead and leave because she didn't know if the payment would be going through or not. It turns out the payment did go through, so we ended up giving our server a very nice 17.00 tip for two breakfast meals and one glass of juice. Needless to say we won't be back. It wasn't that good.“

This place is 24 hours and serve food of all kinds, breakfast, lunch, and dinner and they are all available at any time of day just ask!“

“This restaurant is rated way too low. I stayed at the Treasure Island and had breakfast here my first morning. All the food was delicious. The biscuits and gravy were wonderful, over easy eggs cooked perfectly, and a side of perfectly crispy bacon. Coffee was very good as well and they bring your own carafe to keep refilling it yourself. But even better than the food was the delightful service from my waitress, Rose. Reasonable prices for the Vegas Strip. Definitely 5 stars!“
