BabyStacks is a small, cozy cafe known for its great service, as shown by Grecia's attentive care. Despite being busy, especially on holidays like Mother's Day, the team manages to deliver delicious dishes quickly and friendly. The Red Velvet Pancakes are a standout recommendation, as is the Breakfast Burrito, which customers describe as "AMAZING" and "FIRE." The Bananas Foster Pancakes are also a must-try, often enjoyed with a side of garlicky rice and turkey sausage. Many customers appreciate the flavorful pancakes, which are loved by all, including granddaughters. The restaurant is often crowded, but the food quality remains high. Some guests have mentioned that the service can be slow at times, and there have been concerns about the ventilation system needing cleaning, as the place can get smoky due to the good steaks. A few reviews also noted that the tip added at payment can be unexpectedly high, but overall, the food is consistently excellent. BabyStacks has established itself as a favorite breakfast spot in Las Vegas, offering flavorful options that keep customers coming back for the unique tastes and cozy vibe. It is a small place with limited seating, but they do have an outside patio. The menu is not huge but offers a variety of options beyond pancakes, such as waffles, Benedict's, and lunch items, with Filipino influences. The prices are good, with most meals under $25 per person including beverages. The pancakes are delicious, with many flavors to choose from, and the service is fast and friendly, making it a popular brunch spot. The ambiance is nice, and the owner and staff are known for being friendly and welcoming. Despite waiting times during busy mornings, the staff's patience and the quality of food make it worth the wait. Overall, BabyStacks remains a top choice for breakfast and brunch lovers seeking flavorful food in a cozy setting.
