“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“Marissa was our waitress today on St Patrick’s day. She did an amazing job taking care of us. I can tell she works hard and keeps her cool when things get busy. You’re lucky to have her. The food was outstanding, I had the special corn beef and hash. We love this place.“

“Carson Kitchen is a gem in downtown Las Vegas that combines urban charm with elevated comfort food. It's ideal for foodies or those looking for a casual yet innovative meal in Las Vegas. The menu is all about creative spins on classic dishes. Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.“

“I traveled solo to Las Vegas this week and had this restaurant on my foodie bucket list. I sat at the bar because that’s where individual people can sit in the restaurant. There were plenty of seats, and everyone, especially the bartenders were kind and attentive. The food, of course was phenomenal.“

“Great first-time experience. Service was exceptional and I loved the proximity to the Bellagio’s decorative seasonal lobby. The menu is quite streamlined with an emphasis on incorporating seafood into breakfast standards, which some may love and others may not. The food itself was delicious. I had the salmon benedict. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the strip/Bellagio IMO.

“Excellent service. Food quality shines ! The hamachi was as good as Tokyo. Octopus very good, maybe tad more tender in center. Sauce was delicious. The server was delightful. Only issue was a very loud , perhaps over served obnoxious guest few tables away. I know manager can't control people's manners, but perhaps comment to guests if they are so so loud. Wolfgang shines here which is a plus given so many sub par celebrity restaurants. Will return“

“I found this place from someone I follow on Instagram. Then someone I know used to live in Vegas and when I told him we were going here he told us how great it is. He wasn’t wrong. You would never know from the outside but this place is so cool inside, almost like an old Chicago speak easy. The service was great. The 16 oz ribeye was melt in your mouth and the jalapeño creamed corn was out of this world. Make a reservation, otherwise you’re looking at an hour wait.“

We walked from the Cosmopolitan trying to find a place to eat and were so happy we chose this place! The staff took amazing care of us. “We were looking for a breakfast with two picky eaters, and this place is perfect! And getting walked through the menu was great! It truly is Your Way!“

“It's been a while since I've been here, but Fine left a great impression - open all day in Downtown Summerlin, with brunch on the weekends and "fine time" (AKA happy hour) during the week.

They're known of their banana bread, so get an order for the table to share if you come in for brunch. I really enjoyed their savory items like the burger, salt and pepper shrimp, and steak and eggs (with harissa chimmi churri). They put interesting spins on classic dishes, and their seafood dishes are really good too - get the crudo if it's available.

I recently heard that the original chef, Roy Ellamar, has left - I am a bit nervous to revisit but hopeful that they can stay consistent, since they were one of the highlights in DTS that isn't a chain.“

“Sugar Factory is all decked out for the Holidays. Johnnie, the operations manager has been with this company for 11 years. That tells a lot! This is an absolute delight for your eyes, as well as your pallette. I personally witnessed Johnnie treating his customers like gold. A family arrived with a love one in a wheelchair. Johnnie escorted them up the elevator and personally made sure they were delighted with their table. First class, Johnnie, you run an amazing Sugar Factory that everyone should visit. Your food, drinks and the beautiful environment should be a must see. Blessings“

“The Diner is reasonably priced and the food is better than any other Black Bear diner I've been to. The service was great and I had the honor of being waited on by both Marisol and Lindsey. I ended up with Lidsey numerous time during my stay and they provided excellent service and delivered refills and the next course promptly. Lindsay conveyed friendliness with a high degree of professionalism that made you feel comfortable and not rushed.“

“Well, my wife and I finally got a chance to stop in and try this place out. I see what all the fuss was about. The place is nice and the food wasn't bad. We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning and by the time we left the place had a long line of people waiting. We ordered French toast and they were different, but good. Not the kind of French Toast I am used to. My wife had her plate with Portuguese sausage and I had the corn beef hash and they were both very good. We ordered the Chili with cornbread to go and we were not disappointed. Although, I will say, the slices of cornbread to go versus what we had in the restaurant were completely different. To go was much better. We can't wait to try dinner next time.“

“I am sure I am the exception to the rule here because in general reviews are good. Our pancakes were served in a plate that smelled like raw onions. The coffee was served with bad crème, that looked like yogurt. It turned out that the vendor’s bottle was bad so not entirely their fault.“

“Pre-movie tank fill at The Palms. Nursed the $18 Buffalo Stampede until showtime. Though the liquid did not reach even the midway point of the Palms-branded cube, the cocktail was strong, and the spiced sugar lent a delicious contrast.
Atmosphere: Lots of white marble, cream and gold, punctuated by the multicolored dipping dots on the walls. Centrally located in the casino, low walled, music from the floor. TVs were imbedded into the pillars, a good non-intrusive way to maintain the sleek lines of the bar. Then, of course, the eponymous segmented shark over the bottle display; shades of Hannibal.
Service: Male bartender all business; lady bartender more particular about detail.“
