“Barry's Prime in the Circa is absolutely the "Best". Food is outstanding 5+. Entire staff 5+. Ben was extremely helpful sharing details of the menu. Exceptional Fine Dining. We frequent Las Vegas often. Let me say this is our new favorite. Will continue to frequent Barry's. Take a walk on Barry's red carpet. So pleased with entire evening. Smoked Old Fashions, great presentation. Painkiller drink delicious. The Chilean Seabass, Barry's steaks. The sides scrumptious. WOW. AMAZING. DELICIOUS.“

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P“

“Excellent service. Food quality shines ! The hamachi was as good as Tokyo. Octopus very good, maybe tad more tender in center. Sauce was delicious. The server was delightful. Only issue was a very loud , perhaps over served obnoxious guest few tables away. I know manager can't control people's manners, but perhaps comment to guests if they are so so loud. Wolfgang shines here which is a plus given so many sub par celebrity restaurants. Will return“

“This was a cool, little spot I went to with some friends. We started with the diablo oysters and ended with the poke nachos. The nachos had chunks of tuna and avocado, drizzled with a spicy aioli and sesame seeds, on a bed of wonton chips. We also had some ceviche, bacon wrapped shrimp, chips and guac, and a few other things. I can't recall all of the ingredients, but everything we had was somewhere between good and stellar. We ordered maybe 7 or 8 dishes in all. The drinks there were also on another level.“

“Vegas Vickie is a bar with lounge next to the valet entrance and hotel registration in the Circa Hotel. We stopped here because we were early for a dinner reservation at Barry's, and a couple cocktails seemed like a great idea. I had the Smokin Old Fasioned which came with a great presentation. My wife went Nobody Puts Rum In The Corner which is a Tiki style drink. Both cocktails had great taste. The bartender was really friendly, and the bar/lounge seems like a great place to meet up and conversate over some cocktails. I loved how the Circa used the vintage neon Vegas Vickie sign from the old freemont street. Looking forward to going back and trying some more cocktails.“

“After our initial hiccup, we bounced back in a BIG way. Juan and Daniel are a spectacular team and made my experience truly special. Daniel was attentive and kept the table well placed and prepared. Juan was convivial and very knowledgeable of the menu. Hes a great salesman without making you feel pressured to buy. Please make sure theyre acknowledged in some way. The Beef tartare was delectable. Well seasoned and balanced. The Natalys surf and turf was the perfect birthday dish for me and my husband. And what a price! I'm glad that I decided to give yall a second chance. It was so worth it. I'll definitely be returning“

“This is our favorite steakhouse in Vegas. Not because it's the best steak but rather the service. Don't get me wrong Chef John knows what he is doing. “Pre-movie tank fill at The Palms. Nursed the $18 Buffalo Stampede until showtime. Though the liquid did not reach even the midway point of the Palms-branded cube, the cocktail was strong, and the spiced sugar lent a delicious contrast.
Atmosphere: Lots of white marble, cream and gold, punctuated by the multicolored dipping dots on the walls. Centrally located in the casino, low walled, music from the floor. TVs were imbedded into the pillars, a good non-intrusive way to maintain the sleek lines of the bar. Then, of course, the eponymous segmented shark over the bottle display; shades of Hannibal.
Service: Male bartender all business; lady bartender more particular about detail.“

“Wow! Finally a local cocktail bar I like!! We sat outdoors on a non-windy night with tons of heat lamps around. They include a snack like nuts but I really enjoyed their olives and watermelon! They also have wine. Everything we got was on point. This is our new cocktail bar because the cocktails actually taste on point. It wasn't ridiculously crowded either.

Negroni. SO likes it.

Heirloom Pineapple Spritzes $16.

“We had an amazing time for our One Year Anniversary Dinner. We wanted a memorable dining experience and we definitely got it. Everyone was warm and welcoming. They made us feel special and the food and drinks were exceptional. Malia was our waitress. She was friendly and attentive. Johvanny, Taylor and Brandon were also equally wonderful. The team was rolling out their new menu that night and I have to say the French Chicken Dijon was so tasty but everything we had was. From the bacon tomato jam, the Bone Marrow, the Garlic Mashed Potatoes to any steak you’re planning on ordering, it’s all amazing! The Viking Punch served in a horn was so much fun! We ended the night with a sinful Lava Cake that was set aflame and utterly irresistible even though we were so stuffed and ready for bed. We will be coming back for sure the next time we are in Vegas!“

“In all my years of drinking, I've never had a martini and with this being my 4th trip to Vegas, I wanted to change that (It's Vegas after all, one of the best cities to explore and try new foods, drinks, and adventures!)

I chose this place because of the reviews and I am very happy that I did. Kavyn was my mixologist and after telling him my dilemma, he made a traditional stirred martini while explaining to me the science of martinis, what makes a dirty martini and what doesn't, why gin is better for it than vodka, etc. He even went on to make another gin based drink after hearing that I was 50/50 about the spirit (which is now my favorite over the martini haha).

Overall I paid $60 (40 plus tip) for 2 well crafted drinks from a passionate person and an unforgettable experience. I am now a fan of martinis and Bee's Knees drinks and I plan on coming back here with friends and/or myself on future Vegas trips. My only issue was that I felt underdressed as I was on my way to the airport to go back home. The people working there accepted my attire and for that, I am thankful.“

“It was a beautiful building and smelled wonderful. We were greeted almost right away and luckily ended up with Chance as our waiter. My husband ordered the prime rib and I had the spaghetti and meatballs (with garlic bread). We then told our waiter about my celebration today with my brain cancer diagnosis anniversary and they gave us a Tiramisu for free ❤️ I highly recommend this restaurant! It's most likely the best meal we have had in Las Vegas!“

“I am not a big drinker, but I do enjoy a frozen daquari every once in a while. Well, we were staying at The Linq for 5 days, and I think I had at least 1 every day! The bartenders are really friendly, and you can get refills, for cheaper than buying a new drink each time. My favorites were the Peachy Keen with Skyy Vodka and the Cherry slushy with 151 Rum. I only got the small cup for $14, and the refills were $10. Not being a big drinker, one gave me a good buzz! Very yummy!“

“Peyton & Jose were 2 of our very friendly and patient servers. The Salmon was cooked to perfection for me! Silverware was so spotless & heavy that I might have accidentally dropped it on the floor. The surprise bill had us worked over thrice, though & could make a prince misplace his charm. Now, if the online menu is still slightly different from in person... IDK, but I will say that you will be treated like ROYALTY & eat like it as well. 9 days after opening Emmitt's getting a 9.5/10“
