“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“Its about $100/person which includes drinks. This is fair for this area for sure. We sat outside in the evening and it was lovely. You have to take the elevator with the restaurant's logo on it. We came from downstairs and could have taken the elevator from the valet area, but we took the escalator amd then the elevator.
Sitting inside would have been too loud and too stuffy.“

I would love to know where y’all get your basil oil that was on the burrata heirloom tomatoes appetizer. Truly the best version of a caprese I’ve ever had. We had the Porterhouse for 2, cooked to perfection, and the pork belly mac and cheese, so so delicious!And my drink, the Cock and Bull was so good… nice touch the crystal clear square ice cube. Will definitely return whenever we come to Vegas.“

“We decided to try Scotch 80 Steakhouse at the Palms Casino. The ambience, service and food are above par. I strongly recommend this restaurant for an outstanding dinner experience. My husband had the New Zealand King Salmon and I had the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass ( the best Miso Sea Bass I've had on a long time) and side order of Wagyu fried rice.
We started off with the Shrimp cocktail and the Iberico pork lumpia and finished with assortment of sorbet. James and Glenda our waiter and server provided excellent service. My compliments to Marty Lopez the chef who provides top quality tasting dishes. We will definately be back.“

“This was the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to we were seated in this amazing atmosphere with everything from swords shields and medieval suits of armor, They also had this live violinists playing everything from Lady Gaga to Allanis morrisette and he’s was really good, we were quickly given their toast with bacon jam which was incredible then we decided to order the Alabama chicken and the bone marrow the chicken was fall off the bone tender and tasted amazing the bone marrow and toast was delicious it had an impeccable fatty flavor after that we ordered the 50 oz dry aged porterhouse with Mac and cheese mashed potatoes and cream spinach as our sides the steak was a perfect medium and the truffle butter on top was fantastic, the mashed potatoes were delicious and had a hint of garlic, the Mac and cheese was super flavorful and the top was crispy, the cream spinach was cream spinach, then we ordered the chocolate lava cake, I’ve had a lot of chocolate lava cakes before but this one was special the molten interior was just wow, it was also my birthday so they brought out a sparkler and they actually let me wear a knights helmet and hold a sword for a little bit to take pictures which was really cool they also brought out a special kind of mini raspberry macaroon and cake for free which also tasted great, and that’s about it, I never really take this much time to write out a review for a restaurant but this one made my birthday special and i hope more people will see this and go expirience it for themselves.“

This is the type of spot you’ll find in the city on a smokey side street somewhere in LES!
The entire staff is amazing!
Drinks are on point and the food top tier!
My only piece of advice when you go visit: the bar seat are loosey goosey so be mindful when you sit but then again that’s also what I’d expect from this type of spot it adds to the lore!

On top of that, he was a great conversationalist without being overbearing, which is a rare skill in Vegas. You can tell he actually cares about what he’s making and who he’s making it for. “It is impossible NOT to find something to your liking at this inspired by classic cocktails then run with it cocktail bar. With a decent food menu to fuel “another one”. The menu is encyclopedic but in a good way— and you’re encouraged to read, ask questions and sip. It’s a little dark and the font a bit small but you can do it. Team service is friendly and the music surprisingly not over loud. A great place to start or end your night as well as a destination in its own right. I’ve heard the chicken tenders are great so will try them next time. Smashburger looked good too but also for next time. No steak tartare on the menu like before— disappointing. Hamachi crudo, Wittle Gem Caesar and prosciutto tower shared between the two of us was fine for 3 drinks each (food was salty after all! Hamachi maybe not as fresh— very heavily spiced). From light spritzes to major booze forward, each drink was beautiful, tasty and contained fun details. A bit pricey for some of the smaller sips but not out of line. Reservations helpful. Definitely check it out.

“I visited for dinner years ago, with my old job and couldn't recall if I liked the food. I hate it took so long because now I visit several times a week for their Mahi Mahi tacos. Joseph, Ashley, and Jenny are awesome servers. Coco is a great manager! Alana is a great hostess. Sometimes, they have live entertainment and the singers are great!
The food is always good and I'm always greeted with a smile and sometimes a hug!
