Hands down, the best Rib Eye I've ever tasted and the service is top notch. I will visit every time I'm in Vegas!
Dinner on 10/4 was excellent. Andrya was an outstanding server, and Shawn kept everything running smoothly with bread, water, and table service. My wife's Oscar-style filet mignon and my scallops in chenin blanc sauce were both perfectly prepared. Highly recommend Alder & Birch!
Amazing anniversary dinner. Andrea took tremendous care of us and Madden was great too! Highly recommend
