I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. “This was the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to we were seated in this amazing atmosphere with everything from swords shields and medieval suits of armor, They also had this live violinists playing everything from Lady Gaga to Allanis morrisette and he’s was really good, we were quickly given their toast with bacon jam which was incredible then we decided to order the Alabama chicken and the bone marrow the chicken was fall off the bone tender and tasted amazing the bone marrow and toast was delicious it had an impeccable fatty flavor after that we ordered the 50 oz dry aged porterhouse with Mac and cheese mashed potatoes and cream spinach as our sides the steak was a perfect medium and the truffle butter on top was fantastic, the mashed potatoes were delicious and had a hint of garlic, the Mac and cheese was super flavorful and the top was crispy, the cream spinach was cream spinach, then we ordered the chocolate lava cake, I’ve had a lot of chocolate lava cakes before but this one was special the molten interior was just wow, it was also my birthday so they brought out a sparkler and they actually let me wear a knights helmet and hold a sword for a little bit to take pictures which was really cool they also brought out a special kind of mini raspberry macaroon and cake for free which also tasted great, and that’s about it, I never really take this much time to write out a review for a restaurant but this one made my birthday special and i hope more people will see this and go expirience it for themselves.“

For Saturday night was not very crowded, not noisy. We were have reservation. We didn't have to wait. We just go in and sit the white clothed nicely settled table.
I ordered medium rare filet mignon, came out well filet mignon. Cook was wrong. Server changed steak.. After changed, medium rare filet test was ok. ..if Restaurants got from me 4 , There is mean that restaurants are good, High Class Restaurants. Get 5 Stars from me very difficult. They have to be top of the top restaurants.Scotch 80 overall 4 star restaurant, There is mean one of the high class, nice restaurant .“

The food was very good, the drinks were good, and the restaurant is beautiful. The staff was excellent too: friendly, attentive, and very well-trained.

My main issue was the value. We paid almost $500 for three people, and while everything was good, I do not think the food justified that price. I have had many meals I liked just as much or better for a LOT less. The cocktails were also expensive for how small they were.

This is a very service-heavy, high-touch dining experience, so some people may love that. Personally, I would rather pay for the food than the extra layers of service. Overall, good experience, but way overpriced for me, and I would not go back.“

The food was exceptional. We ordered the filet mignon, lobster, asparagus, mixed green salad, pork belly fried rice, truffle mac and cheese, and the 24K gold chocolate sundae.

The filet was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The lobster was delicious, and the truffle mac and cheese was incredibly creamy, perfectly seasoned, and one of the best I’ve had. The asparagus had the ideal texture: tender while still maintaining a slight crunch. The mixed green salad was fresh and balanced, with crisp vegetables paired beautifully with creamy avocado. The pork belly fried rice was packed with flavor and was the perfect side to complement the meal.

And the 24K gold chocolate sundae…wow. It was absolutely to die for. The combination of rich chocolate, cherries, and all the different textures made it the perfect ending to an amazing dinner.

From the outstanding service to the perfectly executed food, every part of our meal exceeded expectations. We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Las Vegas!“

“yesterday, Friday December 1st 2023 I had a procedure done so hadn't eaten since the Wednesday evening before. I wanted a steak and as far as we are concerned Outback is the best steak in town. I was groggy from anesthesia so I just wanted to get it and go home it was 3:20p.m. and we called and placed our order. an 11oz steak and 2 sides of screamed broccoli. by the time we got there we shou8have had much time to wait a d sure enough it was about done. Problem? It was a 6oz steak with 1 side of greenbeans and 1 side of broccoli with cheese. The completely remade my order. However my Husband was annoyed because I was sitting in the car very groggy from anesthesia and starving from not earing for almost 48 hours and we now had to wait yet another 20 minutes. They brought it out to our car in less than 10 minutes AND gave us both orders. as of today Saturday December 2nd I've eaten both orders they were delicious and perfectly cooked. Well done Outback!“

“This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her.
