I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. “This was the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to we were seated in this amazing atmosphere with everything from swords shields and medieval suits of armor, They also had this live violinists playing everything from Lady Gaga to Allanis morrisette and he’s was really good, we were quickly given their toast with bacon jam which was incredible then we decided to order the Alabama chicken and the bone marrow the chicken was fall off the bone tender and tasted amazing the bone marrow and toast was delicious it had an impeccable fatty flavor after that we ordered the 50 oz dry aged porterhouse with Mac and cheese mashed potatoes and cream spinach as our sides the steak was a perfect medium and the truffle butter on top was fantastic, the mashed potatoes were delicious and had a hint of garlic, the Mac and cheese was super flavorful and the top was crispy, the cream spinach was cream spinach, then we ordered the chocolate lava cake, I’ve had a lot of chocolate lava cakes before but this one was special the molten interior was just wow, it was also my birthday so they brought out a sparkler and they actually let me wear a knights helmet and hold a sword for a little bit to take pictures which was really cool they also brought out a special kind of mini raspberry macaroon and cake for free which also tasted great, and that’s about it, I never really take this much time to write out a review for a restaurant but this one made my birthday special and i hope more people will see this and go expirience it for themselves.“

“Went with a very special lady both celebrating birthdays. The restaurant is beautiful inside. Told the waiter we wanted to wait a bit to order. No problem there. She enjoyed a glass of wine, me a bottle of Diet Coke. We split an 8 Oz. filet ( Happy Hour price ), the sea bass and Mac and cheese. Steak was perfectly done and pre cut which was a nice touch. The sea bass with a miso sauce was one of the best things both of us have ever eaten. Thick, flakey and juicy. Amazing. The Mac and cheese was a large portion, gooey and wonderful. We both got a complimentary birthday dessert. Service was perfect. We were there about 2 1/2 hours ( our choice ) and never felt rushed. It was a perfect evening. We will definitely return. Still thinking about the sea bass. Very highly recommended for a special night out.“

“My wife and I absolutely loved our dinner here. The cocktails are a little better in their downstairs bar so stop in there and take a drink up to the restaurant. Everything was delicious and service was outstanding. There were people wearing shorts and polo shirts. I only mention that because we weren't sure what was acceptable attire.“

“I’ve eaten at a lot of steak houses in Vegas and this is definitely top 5. Our server Alfredo was absolutely delightful, he definitely added to our experience. I had the filet mignon with au gratin potatoes and the steak was prepared perfectly. It melted like butter in my mouth. Everything was exceptional. Cant wait to return in December and experience the new show in the works. Diner Ross is a hidden gem that should be experienced!
