“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“My wife and I absolutely loved our dinner here. The cocktails are a little better in their downstairs bar so stop in there and take a drink up to the restaurant. The French toast Burger sandwich is spectacular, the last time I ordered the chicken sandwich, a delight, the classic American breakfast is great, the menu is very extensive and they have many vegan options that my wife loves, the Waitress Cindy is charming, attentive and makes you feel at home. 10 minutes from the Strip it is the best option for breakfast or lunch, I forgot to say that the prices are very reasonable, I definitely recommend it 100%100!!“

“I visited for dinner years ago, with my old job and couldn't recall if I liked the food. I hate it took so long because now I visit several times a week for their Mahi Mahi tacos. Joseph, Ashley, and Jenny are awesome servers. Coco is a great manager! Alana is a great hostess. Sometimes, they have live entertainment and the singers are great!
The food is always good and I'm always greeted with a smile and sometimes a hug!

“I traveled solo to Las Vegas this week and had this restaurant on my foodie bucket list. I sat at the bar because that’s where individual people can sit in the restaurant. There were plenty of seats, and everyone, especially the bartenders were kind and attentive. The food, of course was phenomenal.“

“This is my favorite local spot for breakfast and lunch. Every dish is consistently delicious, and I love that the menu is always changing with new options to try. They recently started opening earlier,
which is such a bonus. Their bone broth is amazing too! The dog-friendly patio is one of my favorite parts and the staff is always so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Banana bread is a must!“

“This was our first time trying out BJ’s and my husband was very excited to try out their award-winning craft beer. It wasn’t busy when we came to this location so we decided to sit near the bar area. It has an open concept with sports playing on the tv’s, and it was definitely more of a casual setting. Our server greeted us immediately and took down our orders. Their food and beer menu offers a variety of different options to choose from. We narrowed it down to the BJ's Brewhouse Blonde Fish 'N' Chips, Classic Cheeseburger with fries, and a BJ's Hopstorm IPA.

It did take quite sometime for our food to come out but it was prepared hot and fresh. The fish was fried to perfection, seasoned well, and was absolutely delicious. The burger tasted okay, nothing special. The fries were good, but they lacked a bit of seasoning. The beer on the other hand was definitely the best part of the meal. My husband enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back for more.“

She took the time to reassure us about our milkshakes and was incredibly kind throughout the entire visit. My girlfriend and I weren’t in any rush, and we completely understood that food service can be hectic with so many moving parts behind the scenes.

Because we were patient and understanding, Ashley surprised us by giving us coupons for free milkshakes on our next visit. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it genuinely meant a lot to us. She didn’t have to do that, but she chose to, and it showed how much she cares about her customers.

The food was also fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and everything came together really well. From the quality of the meal to Ashley’s exceptional hospitality, this visit exceeded our expectations.

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. “Restaurant Week was the spur to finally visit 595 Craft and Kitchen.

Three courses, $40, lunch or dinner. Regular menu prices in parentheses where applicable.

First Course choice
Fried Deviled Eggs ($12): Two eggs, halved, evenly breaded and fried to a crispy golden brown, with seasoned whipped yolk piped high. Came with a mild spicy aioli. Delicious.

Second Course choice
Lomo Saltado*: The fries, the beef! Whole package an intense flavor bomb. Tender steak strips well seared and grilled to medium-rare, veggies crisp, rice grains fluffy, fries crunchy then semi-floppy as the mixing took its toll. Came with creamy spicy green sauce. Easily shareable IMO. Had a little takeaway.
Arrived while I was working on the eggs, a pet peeve. Fortunately both dishes held up as I slowly increased my cholesterol count.

Third Course choice
Mango Panna Cotta: Smooth custard and tropical fruitiness in a cute bowl. While the amount was very manageable, I was very full by this point and regretfully did not finish.

Drink (not part of Restaurant Week)
Queen Bee ($14): Fruity frothy sweetness.

Pizza Port Flyin' Hawaiian ($8): Pint. Slated for the at-the-time empty #7 spot on the chalkboard menu.

Value: Killer Restaurant Week deal; I'd get my choices again at regular price for the elevated, different, and tasty bar/drunk food. Drink prices fair, with a good variety of craft beer.

Atmosphere: Neighborhood beer microhouse; seemed to be doing a brisk business with lots of regulars popping in. Plank tables, black metal chairs, exposed pipeworks. Mounted TVs, colorful chalk beer menus, and stickers, jugs, and signs. Bar had bag hooks and charging plugs.

Service: Very friendly from Sarah behind the bar, knowledgeable and attentive.“
