Food was good, we got a lot of plates to share. There were a few lacking salt but everything else was so good. Service, cocktails, wine, excellent.Hanger steak and braised beef and cavatelli were our favorites. Mushroom croquettes also a hit. Enjoyed dinner a lot!
The food is outstanding. Paolo’s ability to pair wine with the food is unbelievable. I’ve never experienced someone that has his talent. Having eaten many Michelin tasting menus/wine parings I can say this restaurant brings everything together. The ability to combine flavors into a special bite is very unique and puts this place as one of the best restaurants. Paolo finds a way to make every bite even more special. The 4 of us shared 4 appetizers, 4 entrees and 2 desserts. Thus, I've tasted a lot of the menu. Everything was consistently superb. The gnocchi with lamb ragu, short ribs, and mushroom risotto were especially delicious. I would definitely recommend Anima.
