In a scramble, we reached out to Anima for a short-notice wedding reception venue for our party of 28 guests. They didn't just accommodate us; they went above and beyond to create a seamless, warm, and unforgettable evening. The experience felt truly high-end, yet we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly affordable they made it for us—offering superb value for such quality. The Tapas Menu they put together for us was nothing short of divine. Each dish was a masterpiece—flavourful, creative, and beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the food, noting it was easily some of the best they’ve ever had. Anima delivered a true culinary experience that elevated our special night. The service was perfection. My wife absolutely loved the wine selection — thoughtful, diverse, and clearly curated by people who know what they’re doing. As a whiskey guy, I was equally impressed. The selection was strong, the pour was perfect, and the staff really knew their stuff. They didn’t just serve drinks — they made recommendations, shared insights, and clearly take pride in what they do. Speaking of the staff — they were a true standout. Knowledgeable, welcoming, and incredibly friendly without being overbearing. Hospitality done right. We were in town visiting friends, and this place immediately became the spot. “Had the most amazing starter at Sugarcane Raw Bar and Grill in Las Vegas! 🎲🍤 Talk about a flavor explosion! 💥 The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the taste was out of this world! 🌍 The combination of the sweet mango, crunchy celery and cucumber, tangy passion fruit ají, and the unique flavor of the cassava chip was just perfect. 🌟 It's a fantastic dish to share with friends or family, making it a great start to any meal. 🍽️ Trust me, you won't regret trying this one out! 😋 I'm giving it a solid 10/10! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“Most underrated place in las vegas. The AYCE premium is the way to go. The only reason this is not a 5 star is the ambiance could use a little refresh and the name does not at all match the food or the vibe inside. We went on a Friday and it made me sad that not every single chair was filled because it truly deserves to have a line out the door. The food pics say it all.“

The handroll sets are good if you like a variety of items on one plate. Just remember that if it has spicy in the name or description expect it to be spicy. Blue-eyed silver fox Jose Andres' Bazaar Mar was the ultimate food destination during our stay in Las Vegas. The Delight Tasting Menu was more than enough food. The additional Hokkaido Sea Scallops Crudo and Puntillitas Fritas might have been excessive but what happens in... Shout out to Trey for the exceptional service, refreshing after the all bumbling Gen Zers at other joints.“

“DISTILL absolutely nailed it with their loco moco. I wasn’t expecting to find something that authentic and flavorful at a bar & kitchen spot, but wow—they delivered.

The rice was perfectly cooked, the hamburger patty was juicy and well-seasoned, and that gravy… rich, savory, and poured heavy just how it should be. Once that egg yolk broke and mixed in, it brought everything together in the best way. Real comfort food done right.

The vibe inside is chill and modern, great place to kick back, watch a game, or just enjoy a solid meal. Service was on point too—quick, friendly, and attentive.

If you’re craving something hearty and satisfying, the loco moco here is a must-try. Definitely coming back for that again.“

“This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her. Thank you to the entire staff at Echo & Rig, we will definitely be back!“

“Fried chicken is terrible but everything else is pretty good. No complaints! I've come back multiple times to try everything on the menu. Pan Thai is great. Fried green bean fire. Bbq spare ribs are delicious and so is the duck! Basically, I'll return for the service and other menu items besides the Fried chicken“

“I believe this is called a breakfast pizza. It was delicious!!! And nothing I’ve heard before, very creative. Pizza crust was great, perfect balance between crunch and soft. It was a good portion- I had two meals out of this. My husband had eggs benedict and he also loved it. Lovely to have breakfast at the open patio and looking outside at the fountain view.“
