In a scramble, we reached out to Anima for a short-notice wedding reception venue for our party of 28 guests. They didn't just accommodate us; they went above and beyond to create a seamless, warm, and unforgettable evening. The experience felt truly high-end, yet we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly affordable they made it for us—offering superb value for such quality. The Tapas Menu they put together for us was nothing short of divine. Each dish was a masterpiece—flavourful, creative, and beautifully presented. “Have ordered delivery from here twice now and the 2nd experience was even more delicious and memorable than the first time. Fresh, unique and delicious, with artistic presentation. The handroll sets are good if you like a variety of items on one plate. Just remember that if it has spicy in the name or description expect it to be spicy. “Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Vegas. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance — upscale but relaxed, cool without trying too hard, and just genuinely fun to be in. My wife absolutely loved the wine selection — thoughtful, diverse, and clearly curated by people who know what they’re doing. As a whiskey guy, I was equally impressed. The selection was strong, the pour was perfect, and the staff really knew their stuff. They didn’t just serve drinks — they made recommendations, shared insights, and clearly take pride in what they do. Speaking of the staff — they were a true standout. Knowledgeable, welcoming, and incredibly friendly without being overbearing. Hospitality done right. We were in town visiting friends, and this place immediately became the spot. “This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her. Thank you to the entire staff at Echo & Rig, we will definitely be back!“

The rice was perfectly cooked, the hamburger patty was juicy and well-seasoned, and that gravy… rich, savory, and poured heavy just how it should be. Once that egg yolk broke and mixed in, it brought everything together in the best way. Real comfort food done right.

The vibe inside is chill and modern, great place to kick back, watch a game, or just enjoy a solid meal. Service was on point too—quick, friendly, and attentive.

“Fried chicken is terrible but everything else is pretty good. No complaints! I've come back multiple times to try everything on the menu. Pan Thai is great. Fried green bean fire. Bbq spare ribs are delicious and so is the duck! Basically, I'll return for the service and other menu items besides the Fried chicken“
