“Best tasting churros I've tasted in a long time. Drove all the way from Tucson AZ. Not disappointed. Highly recommended.“

“While on a girls trip to Vegas, one of the girls was feeling paella. After some research, it led us to Fideua Taste of Spain. I’m so glad we went. I recommend making your reservation in advance and ordering your food ahead of time (as the website suggests). Ordering ahead just helps them plan and things are ready a little faster. Great atmosphere for a little place. You can tell the husband and wife that run it make everything with love.“

“I lived in Spain for a couple years and since then I have missed the ambiance, the culture, and the food of Spain. While visiting Las Vegas, we found Firefly Tapas and it was wonderful! It was such an authentic experience with great food and friendly staff. It took me right back to the cafes of Madrid! I highly recommend Firefly!“

“We had an incredible experience celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at this restaurant. Our server, Jeremy, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make us feel special and catered to our every need. He deserves a perfect 10/10 rating.
The food was simply delicious. The snapper was cooked to perfection, and the churros were melt-in-your-mouth. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.“
