We had an amazing experience at Fideua Taste of Spain, the flavors are authentic, the service and attention was incredible . We had the seafood paella, best paella I’ve ever had with the most incredible sangria and Spanish beers.
While on a girls trip to Vegas, one of the girls was feeling paella. After some research, it led us to Fideua Taste of Spain. I’m so glad we went. I recommend making your reservation in advance and ordering your food ahead of time (as the website suggests). Ordering ahead just helps them plan and things are ready a little faster. Great atmosphere for a little place. You can tell the husband and wife that run it make everything with love.
If you want amazing food with first class service, this is where you need to spend some time. Everything we ordered was amazing, from the salad to the Spanish omelet to the paella, you can’t go wrong! The aioli was amazing as well. Spend the time, enjoy the charm and hospitality!

Fideua Taste of Spain is a must-visit restaurant in Las Vegas for anyone seeking authentic Spanish flavors. It is family-owned with a cozy environment that makes diners feel like they are dining at someone’s home. The atmosphere is great and the hosts are very nice, warm, welcoming, and attentive, offering genuine hospitality.
The food is absolutely amazing, excellent, reasonably priced, and super good. The kitchen demonstrates a disciplined respect for Spanish technique. Standout dishes include the authentic tapas, paella, and fideua. The squid ink paella is a clear standout, rich and deeply aromatic, while the steak is confidently executed. Every single dish is outstanding, with flavors, care, and execution absolutely on point. A delicious almond cake or almond dessert is also noted as the yummiest. While there might be a wait for the food, it is 10x worth it. With such outstanding quality, reservations are highly recommended as the restaurant fills up quickly. It is truly a wonderful experience and the kind of place you plan trips around.
