Obsessed with this place!! Nukha is seriously such a vibe. The hookah is always amazing and hits so smooth, the atmosphere is super cute and fun, and the whole experience is just chef’s kiss.

Huge shoutout to Anik, the hookah master, because he absolutely knows what he’s doing and always makes sure everything is perfect. And Teddy is literally the sweetest! She gives the best service, is so attentive, and honestly makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

“I watched an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives on the plane on the way to Las Vegas. Chickpeas was featured and I decided to go there with my work friend. Chicken Tandoori was amazing. The hummus was gigantic and also delicious. Great food. Nice people.“

“Nice place with great service and atmosphere. There were a few negatives; we travel to Las Vegas from NY with high hopes for this place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. There were two main aspects to which we really wanted to come here and both were no longer available. 1. The wife wanted the drink in the Puff Fish glass and they no longer make it. 2. The beef cheek ravioli is no longer served. Without these two main attractions, and the other dining options available in Vegas, it’s most likely that we wouldn’t return.

Also, the bread was a disappointment, they’ve changed that too!“

Our family are huge tapas lovers, and we’ve tried many tapas restaurants over the years. We came across Fideua while searching online and decided to give it a try. Wow… we are so glad we did because it instantly became our favorite tapas restaurant in Las Vegas!

We stopped in for lunch without a reservation, although they also offer a special 24-hour pre-order menu that we’re definitely planning to try on our next visit.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We started with the Manchego cheese plate, Gambas al Ajillo, and their warm oven-baked bread served with incredible aioli. For our main course, we had the seafood paella, which was outstanding. To finish, we ordered the Surtido de Postres, a sampler of desserts—and trust me, do NOT leave without trying it! Every bite was amazing.

Even our 11-year-old son loved everything, and he’s already asking when we can go back!

As incredible as the food was, what truly made our experience unforgettable was Barbara and Farman, the owners. Their hospitality was beyond anything we expected. They made us feel like welcomed guests in their home, providing such warm, personalized service that is becoming so rare to find.

Fideua offers authentic, high-quality Spanish cuisine, exceptional service, and prices that are a refreshing alternative to the expensive restaurants on the Strip.

“Just moved to Vegas and wanted to Try something new. Found this place on uber eats so we ordered We got the chicken Biryani and it was so good. I only got a spice level of 4 ( the lowest ) and it was still spicy for me but my son absolutely loved it and wanted it spicier (next time! ) The Garlic naan and mango lassi are also very good We will definitely be stopping in to try the lunch or dinner buffet soon so we can taste other items we may not have had before ! “Just okay mediterranean food, the soft fluffy pitas and fresh salads like the greek, tzatziki etc. were the best part of the meal. The grilled meats platter was a compilation of ok (halloumi), meh (lamb chops) and overcooked to bone dry (kofta). I would recommend sticking with the starters.“
