Firefly Tapas Kitchen + Bar Reviews
I lived in Spain for a couple years and since then I have missed the ambiance, the culture, and the food of Spain. While visiting Las Vegas, we found Firefly Tapas and it was wonderful! It was such an authentic experience with great food and friendly staff. It took me right back to the cafes of Madrid! I highly recommend Firefly!
We had our 2nd dinner at Firefly last night. We will visit them every time we come to town. The variety and quality is outstanding. Loved the ceviche, chicken empanadas, shrimp diavola. Service is excellent. We sat at the bar And watched the NFL playoffs. 😍
The small plates were flavorful and portioned generously. My hugest disappointment, which is what I was most looking forward to, was the paella. But as you can see in the picture it was extremely dry and over cooked. The seafood was just laid out on top. I’ve eaten paella in several different places and never had any presented this horribly this over cooked.

Firefly Tapas Kitchen + Bar is a tapas restaurant located off the strip, offering a chance to eat like the locals. The inside is amazing, and the bar area provides a better vibe and ambiance for a more intimate experience. Diners enjoyed various tapas, including shrimp cocktail, artichoke toast, beet salad, baked goat cheese, albondigas, apple salad, petite filet, chicken empanadas, fried calamari, bacon wrapped dates, and crab cakes. Several dishes were good enough to order twice. The food was very good and well above expectations, with dinner and cocktails being quite good. The sangria pitcher was flavorful and a great value, and the non-alcoholic menu features the Don’t Berry Be Happy. Dessert included the sampler, where the churros were fantastic. Service was attentive and friendly, with one guest noting great service from a bartender who surprised them with a birthday dessert. While the staff was friendly, some found them not the most attentive. The prices are reasonable and surprisingly well priced compared to the strip.
