Carson Kitchen is a creative and fantastic restaurant in Vegas with an excellent drinks list and delicious food. Despite some timing issues with food delivery, the menu is fun and the pricing is reasonable. The chef's creations are insanely delicious, and the drinks are amazing. It's a hidden gem in downtown Vegas that should not be missed. With excellent food, thoughtful drinks, and better pricing than the strip, Carson Kitchen is a lovely place that visitors will want to return to.
