“We had an amazing experience at Sojo Ramen, and a big reason was our server, Ryan! He provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived until we finished our meal. He was extremely friendly, respectful, attentive, and professional.
Ryan made sure everything was perfect, regularly checked on us without being intrusive, and always had a welcoming and positive attitude. He made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our experience.
The food was delicious, but Ryan's outstanding customer service made our visit even more memorable. Employees like him are a great example of what excellent hospitality should be.

“This is my wife and my favorite Ramen spot. We go there every week almost and it never disappoints. We've tried nearly everything on their menu from apps to all Ramen types and can't say enough. We try other Ramen spots as well and we're convinced that Moko is the most flavorful. You won't be disappointed. It is smaller lunch spot style but worth a Visit for sure“

“Don’t sleep on Ramen Aku. Everything we ordered was soooo good. The garlic ramen, spicy garlic edamame, and seafood ramen were all standout dishes, and the edamame, pork gyoza, and tiger roll were just as impressive. What truly made the experience though, was our server, Garrett. He was attentive, friendly, and took great care of us from start to finish. His recommendations were spot on, and his energy really elevated the whole meal. Amazing food, incredible service, great atmosphere, we’ll definitely be back!“

“Recently moved to LV and tried multiple ramen spots and I have to say this is the best one. Flavor is on point, the Sakura Ramen is amazing with a side of chili oil. Delicious. The story of how they started is posted on the back wall of the restaurant and I can taste the authentic flavors and is my #1 go to ramen spot.“

“We live in the neighborhood and we just found this hidden gem and we're so happy we did! The ramen was absolutely on point. The broth was rich and creamy. The noodles were exactly the way you love them just a little bit chewy. We had the chicken rather than the chashu pork and let me tell you that was something else altogether. It was a leg and a thigh piece and the skin was crispy and rich tasting. You sort of have to debone it but that was actually kind of fun. All the add-ins for the ramen were great and we shared a bowl. I would recommend if you're sharing the bowl to get an extra broth add-on. I think it's only $3 or $4 and two people can easily fill up on one portion.

The service was great. Clarisse was our waitress and she was delightful.

What makes Eki Ramen 🍜 stand out the most is the atmosphere. It looks like a little Japanese street outside and on the inside it's just as eclectic and fun and colorful as you could ever hope for. The Asian Pop keeps the mood just right.

Their base ramens have all the toppings you would want without charging you extra for them, but you can add extras if you want. The broth and the meat both have such amazingly rich flavor.“

“My main review is for the customer service. I was picking up my large order and I had my young son with me. The kindest lady at the desk that takes the order insisted on helping me being my order to my car. She was so patient, helpful and kind! I offered to provide a tip because I wasnt parked at the front of the restaurant, and she kindly declined. On top of the food always tasting fresh, this was the cherry on top. That gesture really made my day.“

“Exactly what you want a hidden gem to be. Feels small and comfortable, like your best friend's house. I'm vegetarian so I get the Veggie ramen and it is on par with the best Ramen I've ever had. Non vegetarian friends agree that it is one of the top spots for Ramen in Vegas. And the prices are extremely reasonable too. Check it out if you love Ramen. You won't regret it.“

“Greeted and seated promptly. Staff were attentive and helpful. Interior is low lit and cozy. Started with calamari and karaage. Both had good seasoning and the breading adhered well. Ordered spicy mala ramen which didn’t have much ma, loaded with black pepper. Noodles were cooked al dente (which I prefer). Soy egg was lightly seasoned and overcooked. Ended with a strawberry kakigori. The strawberry syrup was very sweet, overall the fluffy shaved ice with creamy center was a nice end to the meal.“

“We were so happy to see a ramen spot in this location. The ramen menu is simple (we ordered tonkotsu) and it was delicious. We also had the Lisa Lisa roll and the karage-don (chicken over rice). The person at the counter was helpful and kindly explained the combo options which we ended up ordering. The cost of the ramen was comparable to other spots, but the atmosphere and flavor of this ramen made it better. We will definitely return“

Everyone eating had big smiles on their faces from eating really delicious food. 5 different people came in to pickup Take Out. Very nice place, not crowded. The specialty teriyaki dishes were extraordinarily flavorful, while fresh sushi rolls, crispy shrimp tempura, and warm miso soup hit the spot for our whole family. “We had the Ramen. Spicy and regular one. The total cost for two bowls of Ramen were $40.
The food and atmosphere were great. I gave a lower rating on the service because it’s all Self service. You have to order at the kiosk. Then you have to pick up the food and you have to clean your own table in the end. They are still is for tips even so you do everything yourself .“

“My favorite Ramen place! The staff here are all so kind and sweet. They always make sure to be extra wonderful with my daughters and usually have fun anime/manga stickers to share. So nice!

The food is all really good. Ramen is nothing overly fancy, but it hits the spot every time - really good comfort food. I am also a huge fan of their Chicken Katsu and usually add on an appetizer or two each visit.“
