5 stars!!! my most revisited restaurant in vegas by a huge margin. open til 2am!
vegan options include:
- vegan ramen
- spicy vegan ramen
- veggie hand roll
- spicy cold tofu (i like to pair with rice)
- vegan agedashi tofu
- multiple flavors of edamame
- blistered shishito peppers (ask for no bonito)
-multiple flavors of french fries (ask for no mayo)

So good great price definitely a 10/10
Chichi is the best !! Always polite courteous and welcoming and accommodating. The food is delicious and all the staff is friendly and attentive I love this place !!

Ramen Show 2 is a hidden gem in the shopping center, offering a fun and well-decorated atmosphere with a large TV for sports fans. The restaurant serves delicious and flavorful dishes, including tonkatsu miso ramen, karaage chicken, chicken yuzu ramen, and gyoza, all made with superior noodles. The broth is full of flavor and the ingredients are fresh. The vegan spicy ramen is very flavorful and warming, while the mase soba dry noodles have a strong taste of nori. The tornado potatoes are crispy and very well presented. Mitarashi dango is soft and amazing too. The service is friendly, welcoming, and understanding, with servers being very kind. The prices are well priced, so you'll have money left at the end of the night. With plenty of veggie options and reasonable prices, Ramen Show 2 is a must-visit for solo diners, small groups, and anyone craving excellent ramen. Keep in mind it is only open after five pm.
