We were looking for some Taiwanese Breakfast and having already tried Yi Mei Champion Taiwan Deli we decided to give All Season Diner a try. It's located in the Chinatown Plaza near the 99 Ranch. Parking was plentiful and there is a good variety of Asian restaurants there with something that should suit your taste. Service was good and food in general was a-okay. Traditional Chinese breakfast made fresh. The server was quick and tentative, and the food were delicious. Don’t expect a gourmet meal, but this is what Chinese comfort food taste like.

An average chinese eatery. I do not recommend scallion pancake and xiaolongbao (steam dumpling) which taste bland. Their soy milk come without sugar so you have to add sugar to own preference which still taste awful.
