Our go to Ramen spot while visiting Las Vegas, the food is amazing the service is great. Its small and busy so there is a wait sometimes but definitely worth it.

Monta Ramen is a long-standing and highly recommended Japanese noodle house in Las Vegas, consistently busy and considered one of the best ramen spots in the city. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. The food is absolutely delicious, amazing, and excellent, with many calling it the best ramen they've ever had. The rich and flavorful broth is made on-site daily, with styles including classic tonkotsu, spicy tonkotsu, spicy kuro ramen with black garlic oil, deluxe shoyu, and vegan ramen. The noodles are appropriately springy and the ingredients are not overcooked, having great texture. The made in-house chili paste is also excellent.
Appetizers and sides are equally praised, including excellent pork gyoza which is folded by hand, fried rice, fried chicken, and octopus balls. Service is very quick, with polite and friendly employees. The prices are good and it is considered a great spot for the value. Due to its small space with just twenty-one seats, it is always packed; an off-hours visit is encouraged for those who do not wish to wait.
