Bomb ramen without having to drive to china town. Sakura recently opened & the chef came straight from Japan so you know it's legit. The inside has a few tables for dine in and the ambiance felt cozy. During my visit I tried the chicken karaage, gyoza and signature tonkatsu ramen. I loved the deep, rich flavor of the broth and the noodles were perfect. It's definitely one of my top 3 spots now for ramen in Las Vegas. A great addition to the southwest area.
So good!! The broth is so delicious yet has a delicate flavor, not salty!! Quality ingredients and the family that owns it is from Japan. Doesn't get more authentic than that!!

Our first time trying this place on a whim on a Friday night and glad we did! The service and Hospitality from the start was so great and our server was very attentive and kind. As for the food, we had the tonkutso and spicy ramen which were both fresh & flavorful and the perfect portion. Also had the California hand roll which was also very yummy!
