This location is by the UNLV campus. The server was very nice and friendly. The food was good. I did try the Tonkontsu, and my daughter had the Black Garlic Ramen. The bulgogi gyoza was very good.
This place is a hidden gem, depending on the time of day you come in don't be fooled if there isn't too many people in the restaurant, the experience of this place is fantastic, staff is polite, atmosphere is fantastic and subtle. Garlic Parm Fried chicken is breaded perfectly and had a nice touch with some potatoes served with it. The ramen broth was flavorful and consistent from first sip to last sip. Ordered through UberEats, so no expectations, however was pleasantly surprised! Great ramen at a good price. The cashu pork was very good, loved the charred taste it gave. Seasoned egg was wonderful. Broth great. Noodles a bit better than average. Overall was very good and satisfied.
