So we decided to try out Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. this evening. First impressions are very important and they failed. When we walked in there were several tables loaded with dirty dishes, it appeared that no one was cleaning up. I ordered the fire noodles with the szechuan broth, pork belly, and added several veggies. The broth was pretty spicy but lacked flavor. The noodles were nice and fresh as were the veggies. Tonkatsu ramen was extremely bland..I don't see how people are saying it's extremely flavorful... If you want amazing ramen I suggest ramen boys..they are real Japanese trained

Basically chipotle, for Ramen. I was very conflicted what ramen place I wanted near me and settled for this place and I'm so glad I did. The staff helped me answer my million questions and made suggestions while making my bowl and my 2 friends bowls. It was simply amazing. We also got the Gyoza dumplings and the Bao Pork Buns.
