Best restaraunt experience I have had in a while!
Surprisingly busy for a Wednesday, but we are in Vegas.. The food was spectacular. The spice level and flavors in the Spicy Miso Ramen were powerful yet perfectly balanced. The Pork Bao Buns were light and fluffy pillows of joy, and the fried Brussels and Cauliflower was unexpectedly memorable.

What a great spot. Has gotten a bit more expensive over the years but still a great value for great food. One of my favorites: Mushroom ramen with spicy shrimp.
