Best restaraunt experience I have had in a while!
Surprisingly busy for a Wednesday, but we are in Vegas.. The food was spectacular. The spice level and flavors in the Spicy Miso Ramen were powerful yet perfectly balanced. The Pork Bao Buns were light and fluffy pillows of joy, and the fried Brussels and Cauliflower was unexpectedly memorable.

Momofuku at the Cosmopolitan is one of those spots that lives up to the hype and in Vegas that is not always easy to say.
David Chang brings his whole vision here and you feel it in every dish. The menu pulls from Korea, Japan and the US and somehow it all makes sense together. We ordered to share and that is absolutely the move here.
