Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had.
I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right.

The food is average but i'd go back just for the drinks , the spiced watermelon is 💣💣💣

STK Steakhouse offers extremely good food and service, with a bit of a wait for your table.
