Last night ve visited celebrity chef Michael Mina's restaurant Stripsteak located in the Mandalay Bay Hotel, Casino, and Resort in Las Vegas. Stripsteak is one of five restaurants owned by Mina in the Las Vegas area. Stripsteak specializes in butter-poached aged beef. The ambiance is energetic and vibrant while the decor is modern. Our server was attentive to our table, we were seated at our reservation time. The sea bass and salad were amazing.
Amazing filet and shrimp cocktail!! Filet had a wonderful sear yet rare inside like I requested, perfect !!!
