Service is wonderful -- hence two stars. But...sitting here...and just had a $30+ crab cake that had no crab taste. And, no seasoning. It was white in color and white in taste. Born and raised in Alaska. Know crab.

Staying at the Delano and thought we’d try this last night based on convenience and reviews. They must be short staffed or I hope so as service is slow and choppy! So much so it’s unsettling and hard to just relax and enjoy yourself. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take our wine order (we spent $800 for 6 of us). Server took forever to take an order, no one ever checked back after food was served. Had to wave down a random server after waiting 8 minutes to get more dressing for the super dry wedge salad. $130 steaks for 3 of us were raw. Waited another 9 minutes to get someone’s attention to get them cooked. Came back way over cooked. I travel and eat at great restaurants all the time and don’t mind paying for good food even at the ridiculous prices in Vegas.Save your money on this one and eat someplace great! Even Michael Mina would hate this place!

Fantastic dinner spot in Mandalay Bay Hotel/Casino. Had my birthday dinner there with my wife and it was amazing. Our server Mayra and the staff were very pleasant and took great care of us. I got the NY strip steak and my wife had the chicken. Both so delicious! Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice steak dinner spot for a special occasion while in Vegas. Got a reservation that morning for around usual dinner time when most places were unavailable/booked up. We will definitely be returning on our next time in Vegas.

Don’t go before a show. 545 dinner with 8pm showtime that we were late to because they were so slow. Undercooked prime rib that was sent back twice. Really disappointed.

It's not an establishment for people of colorMy husband and I were never asked can I help you?We were never escorted to a tableWhen l asked one of 4 hostess whom totally ignored us, where we could sit, she pointed to the bar and said just sit there.But the white patrons were escorted to their seats and treated with respect.Needless to say we LEFT!!!We the third couple in line, so yes we observed the difference in service!!

Unfortunately, my NY Strip Steak (Brandt New York Steak, 14 oz) was tough, gristly and had consistency of rubber. Twice in a row now I’ve visited the restaurant and the meat quality was not steakhouse grade. Not a 14oz portion either. Very disappointed. Not seasoned properly. Total fail this visit.

The Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. They made our Anniversary a night to remember. The food was delicious. Everything about this place was 10 out of 10!!!
This was my 3rd annual dinner with 2 friends. I especially appreciated your team's verbal aknowledgment of our special event. And more importantly your care and recognition of my friends severe shell fish allergy when we were seated.Wonderful meal.Dietary restrictions: One guest has seriously anaphylaxis to shellfish. I noted this on my reservation. The service team was superb. Acknowledged and took care.

We had reservations for three on Super Bowl evening. The atmosphere and ambience are amazing however it was a loud environment. Service was excellent but a little slow and to be expected as they were very busy when we arrived. I ordered the scallops and a pomegranate martini and I was impressed with both. Prices are what you would expect for a steakhouse in Las Vegas. My boyfriend and his friend had a steak and they were not really impressed I think that the scallops were a better choice for sure. Would visit again.

The experience started off bad when they walked us to the back inside of a conference room and sat 6 of us at a table that looked about 3 feet wide. We got ripped off from the actual restaurant experience out in the main area. I ordered the bone-in filet and the waiter came back and told me that they ran out I was really disappointed so I went with a basic New York steak. We ordered some appetizers and they came pretty fast. We were finished with the appetizers and waited another hour and a half for our steaks to arrive which we all thought was pretty ridiculous. The steak was ok definitely not worth $92 I think I've had better at black Angus. The whole time it felt like we were being rushed to eat our meal the busboys kept trying to pick up our plates and taking our side dishes when we were still eating very unprofessional. There was a point where two of my friends were still eating and everyone else was at the table with nothing in front of them. It was really uncomfortable and awkward. Definitely not going back to this place not a good experience. Food wasn't worth it. I didn't have any alcoholic drinks but my friends said they were mediocre.
