A great experience awaits inside The Flamingo. the steak tartare was excellent as was the wagyu short rib, but, for me, the star of the show was the wine. I shared a 2015 Brancaia Super Tuscan that was truly impressive. If you're trying to get a bottle that will impress the other people at your table for under $200, I highly recommend it. The servers were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and drink list as well. Great place.
Fantastic food. Had a great ambiance. Unfortunately our server was aloof and nonchalant. One of our group spilled wine and he shrugged, walked away, and never brought us napkins. We were forced to take from nearby tables as we couldn’t get his attention. For these prices you expect better. Husband and I went while in Vegas for our Anniversary. We were not disappointed at all we had filet mignon it was amazing the flavor and tenderness was on point. Have recommended to others and would gladly Go back next time we’re in Vegas.
