Bob Taylor's Ranch House is a restaurant known for its western theme. A recent visit revealed improvements since the previous time, which was soon after COVID. Reservations for 5 pm resulted in immediate seating, but the restaurant got busy between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. The server, Lauren, was friendly and attentive. The potato soup, baked potato, key lime pie, filet mignon, and filet mignon tips stood out as the best dishes. The bread and salads were just okay. One visitor's steak was of average quality, but they felt they got what they paid for. The service and staff were consistently friendly and great. The ambiance was perfect for a Thursday night, as it was not too crowded. Overall, the dining experience was very good, and many visitors plan to return.
