“Absolutely outstanding!! As someone with gluten, dairy, soy, egg white, and oat allergies, it is nearly impossible to feel safe eating out. Troi exchanged multiple emails with me to further inquire about my needs and to make suggestions on what I could eat. He knew not only the ingredients in each dish, but whether each ingredient was safe! For instance, their tomatillos are processed in a facility that also handles wheat, so he said to steer clear of that salsa, but if I could handle heat, I could eat their CK Red salsa. They were transparent about everything and he said to ask for Tami when we arrived. We did, and she introduced herself. She's the owner and is GF, with a sensitive daughter as well, so nothing gets by them. You can tell when people love their work, and it is evident here. I felt cared for and you can taste it in every bite, from the amazing pulled pork carnitas and crispy smashed potatoes to their yummy decaf coffee (which, let's face it, is rarely good anywhere). My friend inhaled her vegan avocado tacos and we immediately made plans to come back for Sunday brunch. Plus it's easy to find, roomy and classy with indoor and outdoor dining options. So happy to have found these folks!“

“This place is excellent! Our tour guide, Sam, was knowledgeable and interesting. We learned a lot about the distillery and what makes their spirits unique. It's a very sensory experience where we were able to feel and smell the grains, and the tasting along the way was great.
We also enjoyed some nice cocktails and a soft pretzel appetizer. Everything was delicious. The old fashioned was flavorful and nicely spiced. I also had a spicy vodka drink with mint and jalapeno that was very refreshing.
Would definitely go back again!“

“Saturday night dinner was crowded and noisy. No reservations left us in the bar, waiting and entertainment area for dinner. Super friendly and fast service were appreciated on a busy night. French onion soup, chopped salad, light battered fried calamari with pepper and lemon for appetizers were delicious. Aged prime rib was sweet,delicious and cooked to perfection that also came with 5 condiments. Would definitely come again to try their good variety of entrees.“

“Lexis Bistro will be my new go to local spot. The atmosphere was incredible. The bartender Saleena was excellent and very professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the total overall experience and will definitely be telling everyone about this hidden Gem! Menu and drinks were top notch. “Just wrapped up the most amazing vacation here at The M Resort and all I can say is that our whole experience from check in to check out was SPECTACULAR! customer service- 10/10, amenities- 10/10, FOOD WAS 10/10 ALL AROUND! Casino staff was amazing! Over all our experience was amazing and we can’t wait to come back! The resort being outside of the strip gave for a more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere which is what my husband and I were wanting. If you’re hesitant about booking, don’t be! Book your stay! You won’t be disappointed.“

“The food quality is high and very enjoyable and new music is a plus! This location is not open for lunch during week sadly unlike the Red Rock! OPEN FOR LUNCH PLEASE!!! Brunch on weekends is going to be sooo good. Thank you for the excellent service!“
