Absolutely outstanding!! As someone with gluten, dairy, soy, egg white, and oat allergies, it is nearly impossible to feel safe eating out. Troi exchanged multiple emails with me to further inquire about my needs and to make suggestions on what I could eat. He knew not only the ingredients in each dish, but whether each ingredient was safe!
