Always have the freshest ingredients and great selection. We came in very late and they apologized for having no baguettes. It was rather cold in the building but they let us sit by the fireplace to stay warm. Got a chuckle out of their bamboo containers, they think they are environmentalists but the cost and fuel burnt to ship bamboo products to North America outweighs any green-ness. Good soups though, as was the cinnamon bread!
I was in the general area for a morning and decided to try Kneaders as a different place. There is a limited breakfast menu, but that was fine with me.The wait in line was more than a fast food place would be. I placed my order, was given a cup for my coffee, got the coffee, and then found a seat.There was a choice of coffee--home roast or French roast.
