The Blue Skillet Family Restaurant offers clean, friendly staff and awesome food. The choices are a little different than most breakfast places, making it unique. The steak is seasoned perfectly, and everything on the menu is fantastic, tasting fresh and made to order. Service is excellent, very friendly, and extremely fast—food arrives quickly, often within 10 minutes. The wait staff are attentive. One guest ordered the 1-2-3 biscuit and sausage gravy, which came with eggs and choice of meat; the gravy was delicious and the biscuit soft. Another ordered the steak (medium rare), eggs (over medium), hash browns, and toast (wheat); the serving size was generous and would fill most adults. Big portions and fresh ingredients make for a perfect meal. Now customers can order one, two, or three crepes with fresh fruit or compote. A great place for breakfast or lunch.
