“Earlier this evening I placed a pick up order through the app. I ordered 4 extra ranch dressings to go with my order because we love your ranch dressing to dip our fries in it. We picked up the order and brought it home and we were bummed that there was no 4 extra ranch dressings that I had ordered and paid for. Even the ticket that was on the bag showed 4 extra ranch dressings. Otherwise the food was really delicious but the fries would have been even better with the ranch dressing. Next time we'll make sure we check the bag before we leave the store. 😕“

“First, let me say the staff was great — friendly, smiling, and helpful with the app. The inside was clean, cool temperature and very clean as well.
I came for the “happy hour” discount, and this part isn’t the staff’s fault at all, but Carl’s… if this is your happy hour, I’m not very happy. Onion rings, a large fountain drink, and the cheapest spicy chicken sandwich came out to $10.45. Compared to places like Church’s Chicken, where I recently got 3 big pieces of chicken, a full side, and a drink for slightly less, this just doesn’t feel like much of a deal.
Carl’s, get it together. No one should order “happy hour” items and still feel like they paid regular price for less food.
PS: The door slams HARD and caught my ankle. Hurt like hell, so be careful. (That’s why 1 star off.)“

“I go to olive garden quite often but this was my first time at this location. I love how the booths are set up give a more private feel. The food though the same I always get this location definitely had elevated cooks and the food made it to the table piping hot. I'll be back specifically to this location.“

“Absolutely delicious! Food came out within minutes and was hot and tasty! The curry was not too spicy, but still had a little kick, the rice was very fulfilling, and the pork katsu was wonderful.
They have plenty of seating for friends and family. The decor is very simple and traditional, not to mention the superb music the owners play. Overall a great dining experience, would recommend to anyone looking for authentic japanese food.“

“We ordered Tasty Bite for our team member appreciation lunch. We ordered several entrees and sides. Everything was AMAZING. Everyone raved about it. Portions are very large. They included forks, sauces, soup, rice, etc. And the service was also great. We got it delivered and I told him just to leave it up front and I would take it to the breakroom, but he insisted that he take it all there for me. We will definitely be ordering again!“

“Salad And Go is a great option for a fresh fast food meal.
I always build my own salad, get the green chili enchilada soup and the orange reviver drink ! Great fresh and filling lunch for less than $12. The workers are always friendly and provide quick service.“

“Don’t let the outside cascade deceive you. This place is a real sports bar. Neighborhood patrons and strangers meet for a good time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. No children allowed because there is gambling, but the average age of patrons is around late twenties to senior citizens. I’ve been going for a couple years now. I can actually hear the game and not music playing! Prices are great.“

“Wow. This taco spot is absolutely amazing. The tacos are made fresh, fast, and the portions are a hearty size. They provide you with (3) bottles full of salsas, varying in spice level with your meal. The rice and beans that come with the combo plate are phenomenal, the beans are pertect and topped with cheese, and the rice is fluffy and flavorful.
The owner is extremely kind, as well as the server/cashier. l've been to this location twice and both times have been quality. The building is a little older on the inside, but it adds character to the restaurant | think lol.“

“I got to the restaurant as they were cleaning since they close soon. The 3 team members made me feel super welcome!!! Didn’t get their names but two males and a female on 5/13/26 at around 830 pm. Y’all rock! My big kahuna was delicious as always but it was your great attitude and customer service that will keep me coming back!“

“I had a really nice experience at this place. The food wasn’t overly fancy, but everything tasted fresh and well-made, which honestly matters more. I especially liked how the flavors felt balanced not too heavy.
The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, not too loud, so it’s a good spot to just sit and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The staff were friendly and checked in just enough without being annoying.
Overall, it’s the kind of restaurant I’d come back to not because it’s perfect, but because it feels genuine and consistently good.“

“Went in about an hour ago now and had a great experience. The manager (I believe) was super personable and friendly and offered insight into the menu along with great service. I went in in my pajamas after work at my own job and was still treated with respect. We ordered the appetizer combo, a couple of calzones, and bread and everything was above par. They also have some of the best ranch around. Definitely going back.“

“Good service & food. Hispanic man @ window was really nice. I toldem i hadn't had carls in over 5 yrs. I was on east coast & Midwest no carls where I was. I went Friday 12pm drive thru no line. Food came out fast & hot burger was fresh & fried zucchini was hot because even after 10 minutes driving it almost burned mouth. Definitely be back“
