This was the most funniest visit I had with Carl's Jr in a long time. I heard about Greg in the reviews and thought to my self that what if he would be there. So I drove there and ordered the western bacon burger thing. After that I went to the drive thro window and saw on his name tag it was Greg 🤣 I laughed a couple times.
I stopped by Carl’s Jr. drive-thru and had a really good experience. The customer service stood out right away. Giovanni was very friendly, and his tone of voice was genuinely pleasant, which is not something you usually get at most drive-thrus.
It made the whole interaction feel smooth and welcoming. Definitely appreciated that level of service.
Greg was absolutely amazing. He helped me out with getting set up with your app. His other fellow employees were just as amazing as he was. Nancy and Mitzi were absolutely amazing employees you be very honored to have them as employees. I will be back.
