“I recently visited Five Guys and had a small issue at first — my fries were not fresh. However, what truly stood out was how “Teo”handled it in this location. When I brought it to his attention, he immediately replaced them with two fresh portions that were absolutely delicious, and he even gave us a $10 gift card to come back.

That level of customer care is rare. The service was excellent from start to finish, and as always, the burgers were amazing.

It’s refreshing to see a place that genuinely cares about its customers and takes responsibility without hesitation. That’s exactly why Five Guys is number one in my book — they don’t leave anything unfinished and always make things right.

“I recommend the Farmer Boys on Stephanie Street in Henderson, Nevada. The staff is all smiles and very friendly and the food is delicious and large portions. I went to the counter and explained what happened and an amazing guy named Ben stepped up and completely took care of it for me and I was very appreciative. As I sat in the lobby and ate, I had the opportunity to observe the establishment. Ben took me back to my childhood days when customer service was everything, mind you Im talking late 70's, early 80's. Its hard to find this kind of service now days. “I always want to hit a Del Taco whenever we visit this part of the country -- I love their normal hardshell tacos.

Before heading to the park, my wife and I decided to stop at Del Taco for a quick bite to eat. I scarfed down my three hardshell tacos and my wife had two soft shells and we split a drink. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. I made sure to tell the person behind the register how much I enjoyed my meal before we left and we headed out the door.

If we had these restaurants in Wisconsin I'd likely be eating there regularly. Highly recommended if you need a quick, tasty meal !“

“I had a great experience at Charlie’s Cheesesteaks, and a big part of that was the manager, Christian. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and clearly takes pride in how the store is run. You can tell he leads by example everything was clean, organized, and the service was efficient even during a busy moment. These sandwiches are so good!! “I bought 2 pieces of chicken mixes to take to my brother and sister in Lompoc and Santa Maria, CA. Since I had a 7 hour ride, I wrapped the chicken in layers of foil to keep it warm and placed back in thd boxes. When I arrived that evening it was still warm anf they loved it. They need Church's on that area. Not just Popeyes. The definitely nee more restaurants in Lompoc, CA. You have Vandenberg, AFB, large prison complex lots of small businesses and there is only a KFC out there that is extremely expensive especially iv uoj ate trying to feed your family and they offer no coupons in the area. No restaurants like Subway is either because they have little to no competition. Let's heal families not greedy businesses bring in more fast food so they can treat themselves or families to a decent meal after a long day if work
Even if it only once a month or every two months. KFC shake ob yoh on your overpriced chicken. I live in Vegas so with coupons, I can get specials.“

“This Subway is consistently good! Every time I come here everything is as it is supposed to be. One of the best things about this subway is that they still offer the fresh brewed green and unsweet iced tea. A lot of subways aren't doing that anymore.“
