This is one of the better El Pollo Loco locations. Customer service is great and always beautiful smiling faces at the drive thru.

El Pollo Loco is a reliable fast food restaurant that serves excellent and well-seasoned chicken. The kids meal with 2 drumsticks, a side, and tortillas or chips is a popular choice. Customers appreciate the great service, honored coupons, and fresh, juicy food. The drive-thru is convenient, and orders can be placed through a kiosk. The staff at this location, including the manager, are friendly and accommodating, often going out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. For example, one customer received extra chicken on their double chicken tostado with a smile, and another was offered free drinks, chips, guacamole, and churros during a wait for a large order. Visitors often leave full and happy, praising the quality of the chicken and the attentive service. With friendly employees and tasty food, El Pollo Loco remains a popular choice, especially when traveling or too tired to cook.
